We typically get our company printing jobs done in Los Angeles but the branch here in Clearwater, FL had a rush order and we needed no lead time in order to deliver to our clients. I called Minuteman Press of Largo and they were up for the task. It was not a small order and was needed by 24 hours or less.They rose to the occasion and delivered everything (high quality training manuals done up to exact specifications). They stayed a bit overtime to ensure that this job was done early enough for us to get it into the mail today, Friday so we didn't have to wait until Monday.They also gave us an extra color cover in case we needed it for promotion (exchange in abundance) AmyElise is one of owners and she knows how to take care of customers. I had high hopes for this business. I spoke with and got a quote for a set of business cards from Alex via email. He said that once I approved the cards they would be ready in 2-4 days. I approved the cards and never heard from ANYONE, I called and emailed, received not response what so ever. I checked my spam, checked my voicemails, nothing. Disappointing.

I called with questions about the technicality of my order and Chuck, the owner immediately printed a copy after I emailed it over and told me that it was fine.He also advised me on how I could save money by laying out the artwork myself, which I did. I then called to make a last minute order and Chuck put that together for me and sent me an email that it was completed.Honestly, I'm not used to this level of service (and expertise) when dealing online or with somewhere like Office Depot and I was really happy to be dealing with someone locally (and someone so nice as well)!I'd forgotten how good it is to deal locally, in my quest to save money on printing but in fact, this option was cheaper than anything.I was really impressed and would recommend this printing service and will use them again.
