Dr Howell is the best veterinarian I have ever had. I LOVE him and his care for animals. I have had cats for over 17 years and I have never come across a vet like him. He is so wonderful with the animals and always remembers them and details about them. I would never take my babies anywhere else. The staff are amazing, knowledgeable and extremely helpful as well.

I love this place. Dr. Howell and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Howell originally took care of my elder dog, whom others didn't really want to because of his age and the fact he had Cushing disease. But Dr. Howell told me my buddy was not ready to be put down, and he would absolutely treat him and take care of him during his time left. You can tell everyone there very much cares about the pets.
Now, the dog I currently have goes to Midway and is treated by Dr Howell and his staff. You can tell everyone cares about their work. I'm listened to and never feel like I'm being rushed out. My questions and concerns are always answered. I trust Dr Howell very much. So much we drive an hour away from another county to be treated at Midway Animal Hospital in Seminole. I can't be more pleased with the care we get.

We have our two cats going there since we moved to Florida (around 5 years ago) We go to their wellness appointments every year and they also both have had issues that they needed to be seen for. They always see us in the same day if we call with a concern and Dr. Howell always knows what is best for them, you can tell he has a lot of experience and he gets to know the pets and knows what is best for each of them. He tells you the exams and the procedures that actually need to be done in each case and doesn’t just want your money like other places. They do follow ups and your pet is seen again in the next days if needed. We feel very comfortable with Dr. Howell experience, expertise and honesty and with everyone else in the office. They ask questions and actually listen about what is going on and show real interest and they take what you have to say (about your pets behavior or anything) into account for decisions. They also answer your questions and take their time to talk to you about everything so you feel confident about the plan for your pet’s exams and treatments. We trust Midway hospital and feel confident that they will do what it is actually the best for each pet and each case (sadly it is not like that in other places). If you love your pets like one more member of the family like we do this place is the perfect fit!

Dr. Howell is great! Most of his team is great as well. You can't bat100%. No issues with current team. Care and cost, I've not seen better. You'd be a lunatic if unhappy with midway, dog services.

Years ago they labeled my dog as a stray, double dosed my mom's Chihuahua on distemper almost overdosing him and never updated us when rabies needed done so when my other dog got attacked we couldn't pursue action as our dog didn't have her updated rabies. Even though she was attacked on our property.

Fantastic experience with this office! Their prices are reasonable and the staff is excellent. My dog is generally pretty anxious, but he was calm and trusting of the staff here, which says a lot!
