The night before I screwed up my phone with the SIM card lock. It would not take my pin. So then it was sim card locked. So I went over to the store and I don't have the name, but he was very good and helpful and polite and patient . He fixed the phone and I was on my way back home and the phone is working fine now. Thanks for the help with the SIM card and the phone is working fine now. Thanks again Mike

Just paid my bill 2 days ago when I went up to see the manager. Woke up today to my phone disconnected. This is wrong.. I just paid the entire phone bill and metro turned my service on my phone off. Not the internet box though. Can't even reach out to company bc they don't open until10am. This is a MAJOR problem. U took the $127 but turned my phone off. This makes no sense. Metro is a mess.

By far, the worst store experience ever. The store’s lights were off, and the person running it acted like he didn’t want to help us. I waited over 15 mins, even though I was the only customer in the store. I will never go back to that store again.

Stopped in to pay phone bill, for client and waited patently. The clerk was an African American named Carlton there was a gentleman whom was ahead of us who got agitated and left. After waiting longer that I wished or needed to, I did realize that he was on the phone face timing a superior named Haley, doing INVENTORY. The clerk Carlton mentioned that he had customers in the store and could he please take care of them and she said NO! I interrupted and asked her myself, doesn't the customer come first as I need to get to my next appointment and Haleys response was " Not in this case" . The clerk apologized to us and mentioned this process is normally done at the end of the day. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! Next step email to Corporate!!
