Giving it 3 stars only because the cashier was extra nice and sweet. But this lady at the dressing rude. Super rude, looked extremely mean and not friendly at all especially to someone that didn’t speak good English. She needs to be at home drinking her coffee not working and be mean

Had the pleasure of having Nancy as a CSR and i can honestly say she is phenomenal. My only gripe with this establishment is there is no air conditioning. I went for my first time in April and i was given an apology that the AC was broke and now two months have gone by and upon my return the AC is still broke. This is extremely unfortunate to subject customers an employees to this type of environment given that Florida is undergoing a heatwave at the moment. Thankfully the employees will be saved by nature since it’s supposed to rain within the next few days. Had it not been for dealing with Nancy and her commendable professionalism I would not return to this establishment.

Marshalls is a great store for discounted items, but you may not see the same items twice you go in today that item may not be available tomorrow. The store is very associates are very help.

I waited to try on some shorts and nobody was around. When I finished trying on the shorts, Lennette approached me rudely stating I needed to check in. When I told her nobody was there she had a bad attitude and responded extremely unprofessionally. Lennette seemed as if she forgot to take her medicine. Once I discovered she was the store manager I was in disbelief with how rude she was. She needs to go ahead and retire and be replaced with a younger brighter spirit & your sales will increase, no doubt.

I love our Largo Mall Marshall's. This store always has such a great selection of things for everyone in our family. The toys are often priced very reasonably, and so are the clothes.
There is always something here for the whole family. The staff are nice and helpful.
Five Stars for quality clothes at great prices.
