Went to purchase a hammer , older gentleman who is a veteran ( didn’t get his name ) in the tool section , was very kind and helpful . Wrong price tag was on the hammer so the kind gentleman brought it to customer service with us and a woman named Karen at the customer service desk was very rude to the man . Almost acting like he put the wrong price . Very mean towards him . He explained how the hammer was not in the system and she treated him and talked to him very disrespectful and rude . Very bad attitude from her . Could not believe it

I had a problem pertaining to a recessed light in my shower.Home Depot was no help at all and I had a hard time with a return.Ken , in lighting at Lowe’s was very helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional individual!!

The customer service at this store is terrible. I went to pick up an order I purchased online. I had to get the air filters form the service desk. The lady asked for my ID which is not required. I left and went back to my car and didn't have my wallet. I went back into the store and said I don't have my ID and showed the team of people up at the desk the email that says "this email or a government ID". I was told that doesn't matter and they require an ID. After I realized this wasn’t going anywhere. I cancelled the order and walked away. There was no yelling or arguing, just asked that my order be cancelled and walked away. As I walked away the one guy snickered. I called the manger on duty. That was a waste of time. He told me he was standing there and I didn't let them come up with alternatives. WTH!!! So this guy was up there and let me walk out the door without "coming up with alternatives". He blamed me for not offering them solutions. I told this guy that he and his staff should have "come up with alternatives" prior to having me leave to go out to my car in the first place. I have a pic of my ID on my phone. He said that would be acceptable. Okay, then if you were standing there and saw this interaction, step in and offer "alternatives" I guess the manager Andy will be getting a call too. The best part is they were confident enough that I was the purchaser to cancel the order yet not confident enough to give me the products I paid for. How could they verify it was me canceling the order? I bet they knew it was my order bc they scanned the barcode on the email to verify it was me. Just silliness when there are other stores to go to

Well I'm thrilled with the quick and efficient purchase of my washer and dryer combo.. the associate was so helpful and capable and ordered me both that we're in stock and ready for delivery THE VERY NEXT DAY!!OTHER APPLIANCE STORES IN THE AREA MADE ME WAIT FOR A MONTH.Their policy is to not take an order of the item if it ISNT in the warehouse.HOW BRILLIANT!!!They have alot of choices in the store to choose from.. more than any appliance (only) stores. They have me as a loyal customer when it comes to other appliances I will need in the future.
