Was helped by JJ to get additional items down off the rack. She had to call for a fork truck to lower down the skid. Went out of her way to help. Hope surgery goes well and your back on your feet soon! Lowe's pricest and availability beat all the competitors!

The perennials are better here than Home Depot. My Home Depot plants look bad and are dying. The picture of the pink guara by the mailbox is from Home Depot. The other two images are pink guara and crotons from Lowes.

Curbside pickup is the wave of the future! I accidentally selected in store pickup through the app, but once i arrived, I was able to call inside and switch to curbside with no problems. I was loaded up quickly and on my way in no time
Edit: Largo location is the WORST for curbside pickup. Staff inside always ends up being very helpful and friendly, but bringing it out to your car as curbside should work is HORRENDOUS... they rarely even end up coming out. My first post/review is actually one of the few times it has ever worked as intended.

Great store to find unique decorative items for a home improvement project. Store is always clean but the challenge is finding someone to help. This store needs more employees to be available. I shop there 4-7 times a week and it is consistently light on team members which creates a backlog of people waiting for help while shopping, at customer service and checking out.
The store has a good selection of supplies but too few employees.

Customer service is horrible...head cashier and assistant store manager. Both rude and not helpful. Their merchandise doesn't last long, breaks, and they lie to you about the warranty. Never buy anything here again. Home depot is better.

Horrible manager Robert Dees he’s short, abrupt and very dismissive. I spend THOUSANDS of dollars here regularly as I have 13 rental properties. Never shopping here again NEVER. Will go back to Home Depot. Eugene the manger is wonderful but not worth shopping there because of Robert’s dismissive attitude.

Always helpful. Our go-to for everything. Very knowledgeable and the salesperson save us hundreds of dollars trying to repair a product. He explained what goes wrong with the product and it would be better off just doing a minor fix by us and waiting to buy anything. That answer alone is enough to keep me going there for what we need. It is great to have honesty and helpfulness by the staff.
