Probably the worst store I've had the displeasure to deal with! Ordered bifold closet doors in May 23. They were installed on 6/5/23 but were damaged and defective. I called 6/7, 12, 15 and they said they're scheduling a replacement. On 6/26 I was called by the installer and he said he was going to pick up the doors and come to install them. A little while later he called and said the doors were out of stock. I called Largo Lowe's and they said they're coming in in 3 days and will have them installed immediately. No calls so I called on 7/6 and was told the doors were back in stock and would have them installed immediately. No calls regarding installation so I called 7/10 and could not get anyone to answer the phone. I tried 5 times and were disconnected without anyone answering! For your sanity AVOID THIS STORE!'

So appreciative of Joyce in kitchen cabinets who helped plan my kitchen over 2 years ago and kept in contact with me during contractor and Covid delays.Her customer service was outstanding and, I love my new kitchen and all of the cabinets that I purchased from Lowes.

I bought an over the range microwave but apparently it had been returned prior to me buying it so I went back and was told there were none left in Clearwater store but the one on ulmerton had some in stock and they would take the hardware out and give it to me. I went there and after no help I talked to the manager and he said he could only refund the microwave so I just bought the hardware I needed but it's the last time I shop at Lowe's.

This store specifically the garden dept. is verbally rude! The managers are not much better and cannot use their own discretion. $26.71 in plants I purchased should have been thrown out or discounted as they did'nt thrive no matter what I did! They refused to replace them or refund my money!If you have stock in this company you are hanging on a loser!I suggest "buying at a local nursery!"

Customer service line is literally out the door - woman at the desk doesn't even bother to look up - argues with customers rather than calling a manager-

I have been calling for the past month about 15 of Lowes shopping carts being in the back of our work facility. Never any callbacks or the ability to speak with someone who can help. We don't want to throw the carts as we understand you are a business and they are expensive to replace however they are starting to build up and we just need someone to get the carts.

I went in looking for a frost blanket for my plants. The lady in the Garden Center at the cash register was very nice and tried to get someone to help.She called over and over and 4 different people said they would get it. Excuse after excuse. It was too high and needed a fork lift. they didnt have a key to the gate. They couldnt do it without help. After 20 minutes of excuses I could see the young kids working there didnt care by their remarks and it just wasnt going to get done. One Spanish kid only had glib answers and had no intention of helping. One kid was wearing a darkened full face shield similar to a motorcycle shield and looked more like he was a terrorist than an employee. Lowes has really gone down hill. They all blame covid still and a lack of working employees. Here at Christmas you would think the attitude of helping would exist but not with the new society. I went to Home Depot and purchased it with no problem. I did call to report it to a store manager and after waiting for ten minutes on the phone I finally got someone that said the manager was gone but he was a department manager and would walk back to check on these issues. I will not be back to this store.

I do prefer Lowe's BUT why won't they price match?If they are selling identical product more expensive than Home Depot, and I ask for price match...and the answer is "no" ....guess where I'm going to go?It's unfortunate because I do have Lowe's credit cards but I guess I'll open Home Depot ones.It doesn't make any sense that I'm going to spend $500 on stuff and they won't want to work with me, but I'm sure your competition loves my $$

This Lowe's is great! Not sure why but never as busy as the Home Depo. Prices are comparable, as well as stock. They lost a star because they seem to be a little understaffed, and it can be difficult to find help. The ones you can find are very nice and helpful
