The annual visit was one of my best. The staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Quintero explained the retina scan. First time anyone has done that other than "Looks good". While good to know that there weren't any problems it was nice to know.

I've bought from and browsed in here before and every time the experience from the staff has been nothing short of stellar. Today and yesterday was no exception. I came in Saturday and spoke w Melisa about what I was looking for. She was able to get me scheduled for today (Sunday) for my actual exam and getting a new pair. As I walked in today, she immediately recognized and acknowledged me by my name. She was not only professional and courteous but went out of her way to answer any and all questions I had. Melisa made an easy experience even better by making me feel welcomed and not just another sale. Highly recommend Lenscrafters and Melisa at Largo mall for your Eyewear needs.

The $47 retinal imaging (not covered by any insurance) is not optional here. Most small optometrist offices have it as optional and not a requirement. Lens Crafters made me leave and go somewhere else because I refused the retinal imaging. I wasn't willing to pay so much for it. This should be optional, and they shouldn't turn people away like that.

This is the Best Place to get your eyes examed and to buy glasses. AAA + . All the employees are so attentive and I love the selection of glasses! Can not say enough about how wonderful they are!!

The ladies I met with at Largo Family Eye Care and LensCrafters were all very nice and helpful. Especially Alex of LensCrafters. She helped me make choices to stay within my eye care budget (the amount my insurance didn't cover), and I was even able to get a pair of sunglasses as well as my indoor glasses.

Brook was courteous, fast and knowledgeable about my glasses. In and out in 15 minutes! Sharon took my poor trashed glasses (eyeglasses vs. Recliner) and fixed them perfectly. Even came out to my car before I could leave to deliver them back to me. Big kudos to both of you!

Wanted a new pair of Progressive Transition Ray-Bans found them on sale online at LensCrafters. Took screenshot of exactly what I wanted. Brooke greeted me immediately. She was so on the ball and helpful. Showed her what I wanted. Lady Burbank Ray-Bans. As they didn't have them in store. She ordered them with all my requirements. Brooke informed me that they were on sale for less than I anticipated. Which was awesome! Picked them up about 9 days later and they are PERFECT! Thank you Brooke! Will definitely be back...soon.?

My eyes are a more severe case. My vision is not great. I felt rushed & pushed off because of my disability, basically. Originally Booked the appointment for contact lens fitting & exam. Confusion of the pricing when I got there, (not knowing the opto retinal image was mandatory & not covered by insurance ) & when I tried to leave, they demanded a $25 cancellation fee… ,anyway I ended up staying with promised financial help from a family member. Was told they were not going to do it (contact fitting) because of shape & condition of my eyes. They didn’t even try. Threw out some options for me in the future with expensive “hybrid lenses” . That those were basically the only ones that would work for me. Truthfully That’s all i got from the conversation because it was quick & i got frustrated from the lack of care in that place. Couldn’t even get glasses for other reasons. Basically got a slightly updated prescription for my glasses & that’s it. Waste of time & a slight heartbreak. I will be going elsewhere to get a second opinion. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to be honest, but mostly not to people with bad eyes like me. It’s already hard enough looking for these places to find care for our problems. Places like these just make the process even more dreadful. Time wasted. The assistant who checked me in was great, very nice & apologetic seeing my frustration & very understanding of it too… forgot her name! Anyway I hope things will get better at this place in the future. I attended whatever private practice they have there at the lencrafters store.
