This smoke shop is excellent. I was assisted by an extremely knowledgeable employee who goes by the name of Twelve. He assisted me in my purchase and educated me on several manufacturers and which products were a better decision. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is in the area.

Listen Im usually not one to be a brat about stuff, Ive been coming here for about 3 years never had a problem with disposables. Was one of the only places I could trust to give me decent disposable vapes. It was my fault for not checking but for the first time I got 2 bad vapes one completely busted and the other hit like there was no juice in it . If it was just one whatever it happens, but both? One was defo fake and listen I smoke disposables I know the Chinese chemicals r a possibility totally fine but it didn't even work. People are super nice here, but should probably just stick to the mod juices. He gave me 25% off which was cool, but I decided to just get one and I'll just stick to a mod or quit altogether. Don't know what's up with the fakes lately since this was in the past a reliable place. Unlucky gg wp

Unfortunate experience. It sucked when they took away the clover points, but I understand that was not up to them. I was always pretty loyal to this place because of the selection and typically customer service. Last night I stopped in after work as I usually do and grab two disposables. I was in a rush, so I did not have a chance to Test them as I usually do. I get home try the first one, and it stays lit up and keeps burning. And then try the second one later and instantly tasted like burnt coil. I stopped in tonight and asked to see if a manager is there the girl told me no, but I asked what she can help me with. I explain to her the situation, I did not ask for anything free just simply may be a 10% discount just because I wasted money on two and it makes me hesitant to come spend more money. Instantly the girl nope, nothing they can due to help. Basically sucks to suck. I know it's my fault for not testing them, but how lucky do I have to be that 2 of 2 different flavors were both bad. I have receipt to show i often I'd come by.

I'm a regular or I was a regular at this place I hadn't been there for a while I made my trip today to go pick up some edibles because I was going to go to Gasparilla and I have never been so disrespected in my life this man yells from the room to the other guy, Not to sell me nothing that he seen me stealing or that they had seen I don't know I have no idea I haven't even been there in since December Fact that they said that they seen the feeling is is beyond me. I do not recommend this place. This man was extremely unprofessional and I told him I haven't been here in a while u must have me confused w someone else he asked me my name I gave him my name and he was like it was u it was u. I have nvr been so upset and embarrassed in my life as hard as I work for all the things that I have why would I risk my licenses and business for that

I go in too buy a Vape as I usually do, I open the package and try it out and it wasn't hitting right and I went back to the counter and let the girl know and then she hit it and said that there wasn't anything wrong with it and handed it back to me but I've been vaping for years and I get the same ones all the time so I know when the flavor is different and when the battery is defective. The customers is right and I wasn't trying to pull a fast one over or anything just wasn't trying to waste $10. Very upset with my visit

I absolutely love this place. Been going here for the past 2 years since we moved here. The staff is always extremely helpful and always created with a smile. Only problem I have is they are always out of so many products. I feel bad because I want to support them but since they have been out of stuff all the time I've been ordering off line for my items.

I only visited the shop once, but honestly it is one of the best shops I been to. Once you walk in, you can feel how cool the atmosphere was, like it just gave off a good vibe to me. The guy there was awesome he was super friendly and he even let you try out the product to make sure there isn’t any flaws with the product. I’m from NY and mostly all shops out there don’t let you try out the product. They had everything on deck. Highly recommend 100% definitely coming back
