I will be calling a lawyer on this place!!!I did a tour with them and they did not have openings for both of my kids at first , then called me back a couple of weeks/month later and told me they did, so I went and picked up the paper work that they were going to need from me, well I ended up not doing the paperwork and never turning it in because I made other arrangements. I never turned in any paperwork nor did I even make payment or have a start date and I got a letter in the mail, stating that I owed them like $1300.00 so I called and said they were going to take care of it and this was in July/August and it still hasn't been taken care, No one has reached out to me like they said they would and this morning I received an email from a national dept. collector so good luck being sued!

Our grand daughter has been going here for 6 weeks now and we love it! Teachers and administration are wonderful especially Miss Faith! We get daily updates on her while she is there. When we pick her up she has tons of stories to tell us on what she learned and how much fun she had! We could not ask for anything more. My mind is at ease while we are away from her knowing she is safe and happy!

My child went to their facility for a short period of time and while he’s was here he had nothing but great experiences. Not only did the staff welcome us every time me came but the administration Ms. Faith up front was heaven sent. She made me feel completely comfortable with leaving my child in their care and for that I will forever encourage parents to come to this location.

My 2 year old has been going to this center for almost 1 year now and me and my husband couldn't be happier with the care he gets there and all the activities (indoor and outdoor) that he gets to do there. All the teachers are wonderful, supportive and keep you informed with all the activities through the app and also by sending multiple pictures everyday. Kindercare has definitely made going to work stress-free.

The director gave us false information. Then instead of taking care of it the new director Faith charged us and sent us to collections. This has ruined my family financially and no remorse or help from anyone here. Also our sons jacket was stolen from here and noone cared. I liked the teachers. They treated my son well who has special needs. Other than that... horrible, unprofessional place. Extremely overpriced and only care to get paid.

If you need infant care this is a good place. No bouncers, jumpers, containment devices. My child was walking at nine months old! They did a great job with my child's development as a baby. Their application for updates and pictures through the day is nice also (when the teacher uses it).But after the baby age, this place stays very expensive for what you get. It's $350+ more a month than other centers in the area for ages 3+. I don't think it's worth it. The turnover since covid hit has been crazy as well. We started here in 2018 and the director was Summer. Then it was Cheryl... Then it was Nicole... Now it's Faith. That's four directors in three years! And all the teachers seem to have changed. And since you're not allowed to go back to the classrooms anymore, it's hard to know what's going on or communicate with the teachers. Overall the atmosphere took a turn for the worse, and there are now many better and cheaper daycare options in the area.

I feel so blessed to have found this daycare facility. My daughter was enrolled at only 5 months, she just turned 1 year old. THERE IS NO BETTER FEELING THAN TRUSTING IN YOUR DAYCARE PROVIDER 100%! From the beginning, KinderCare was warming. They provide me peace of mind and for that I cannot thank them enough! My daughter loves coming to school, she loves all her teachers like family and so do I! The front office staff is also amazing! They are friendly, and helpful and kind! I love how they put so much effort into keeping the facility clean, fun, and running smoothly. I also love that you can purchase for such a small fee ($5-$10), canvases of footprints or handprints of your child I n those adorable festive designs! I just purchased a Valentines Day canvas to go along with my Halloween canvas and others I have been collecting. I really can’t say anything bad about KinderCare because they have been so good to both myself and most importantly, my bundle of joy. I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of my child. Best decision hands down!

I worked here previously and I Loved the girls! Very family oriented. The girls really cared about the kids. Melissa, Erica, Nelly, Natalie are some of the girls that I met there. Not sure if they are still there but they were so sweet and very caring. I recommended my family and friends to take theirs kids here.

My son attended Largo Kindercare since he was just over one year old. We loved the daycare at the beginning when he was in toddler A classroom. He LOVED Ms. April and Ms. Kerri. He would reach for them at drop off with some meltdowns occasionally. He would get sick monthly, but that was expected in a daycare setting. I would specifically notice Ms. April wiping the kids noses and washing them up after being outside. Unfortunately, when he moved up to toddler B classroom he did not have the same experience. He cried at every drop off for 3.5 months straight. He was never comforted the way Ms. April would try. He was dirty on almost every pick up with dirty hands from the playground. He got sick weekly, with either a fever on the weekends, yellow discharge form the eyes, cough, or a runny nose. I ended up having him go down to 3 days a week because I had school work but didn't want him to go 5 days a week. Right when he turned 2 we were able to get him into a closer daycare that started at 2 years of age. I did bring up my concerns with cleanliness to the director but my concerns were politely dismissed. They have been doing construction on the playground since last year and unfortunately had the kids play in mulch. I completely understand that but it doesn't explain why his hands and face had to be dirty when Ms. April would wash him every time he came in from outside when he was in her classroom. It is so stressful finding a daycare for your child. I did love kindercare but towards the end with the switch of classroom, my husband and I were not happy. At our new day care, we got a 20 page handbook with all rules and regulations which we never received from kindercare. We were introduced to the teacher to know who exactly was working with your child. There were so many people in and out of the room, we never knew who was the teacher or who was an assistant. We would walk in to get our child and never be properly introduced unless we made the effort. At the new daycare, we will get written notice if 2 or more students have the same type of illness. We NEVER got a written notification. My son got hit hard with norovirus and I was 30+ weeks pregnant and got it too. We were only told verbally that many students had it about this after it was already too late. Again they can't prevent these type of viruses from going around, but communicating to the parents the risk as soon as 2 kids got it would have helped. When a student had been diagnosed with the flu they posted it on the door but not a note home. This often went unnoticed by my husband. I think an email or written notice is essential as communication is key. I just wanted to give my review to new parents looking for daycares. Unfortunately, we did not have many options for <2 near our home but if you do just be aware of what classroom you are going in. Like I said, we loved it at the beginning but not towards the end which was stressful because this was one of the most expensive daycares in the area. Hopefully, they see this review and can tell all their employees to introduce themselves to parents, even if they are just a helper in the room temporarily. Also sending notes home or emails about illnesses right when it hits, and construction updates on the playground. All of this would help the parents be on the same page.
