The mechanic I used for many years retired and he recommended Largo Auto Care and Tire. Boy, am I glad he did! T is a very knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind owner. Repairs are always completed when promised at the price quoted, which is always fair. I recommend them most highly!

I highly recommend T and his shop. I was in a real bind. The mechanic I have used a few times was booked solid. I called around and due to the Thanksgiving holiday coming up everyone was booked up. T was great. Told me to bring my car up and he'll check it out. It was a cracked radiator. My car was fixed and running great again the next day. Extremely reasonable prices. Great customer service. I will definitely be using T and his mechanics again. Thanks T.

My father took his truck to this shop to have a single brake line replaced from the brake reservoir to the booster. Instead, they spliced a line into the existing line, didn't route it back to the proper place, and charged him as if they replaced the line entirely. They had his truck for an excessive amount of time, came up with every excuse in the book, and generally gave him the run around afterwards. My dad is more than qualified to do this job himself, but does not have access to a lift. I would recommend staying as far away from this shop as possible.

The solutions you offered were not satisfactory. My father was there the entire time his truck was on the lift and you didn't have to turn down work on that bay. If you didn't have the parts on hand, there was nothing stopping you from taking it off the lift to work on other cars in the meantime. The solution is to refund my father or complete the job as quoted. Why would he want free oil changes from a shop that didn't do the original job properly? The truck shouldn't have been on the lift taking space if you couldn't even start the job. Either way you have a very dissatisfied customer, and for good reason. Trying to pacify him with arbitrary services for your incompetence is unacceptable.

Only thing was annoying was paying to have car looked at. But had to drop the car off walk home and walk back to pick it up an hour later.
