“I would give Kiera a 12 star review if that was possible. I walked into the store and Kiera totally took care of my need to purchase a new Apple watch (9 series) and add a line to my account. She checked with Kevin to see if they had it there in the store but they didn't. Wouldn't you know that shortly thereafter someone from the store just a couple of miles down the street, delivered the exact watch I wanted and then proceeded to set up the watch for me. I call that service with a smile. Very efficient, accommodating and just a wonderful experience. You can be sure that when (not IF but when) I need something else from T-mobile, I'll come back to that store looking for Kiera. Thanks for hiring good people... She'll go far... :)”

“THE BEST customer service EVER! I will continue to be loyal to T-Mobile and pay my bills, as EVERY CUSTOMER is treated so well. Your feelings matter in this store, this was more than a business transaction and you are everything to T mobile as well as the human world. This IS YOUR store. You deserve to be promoted as you have so many skills. The employee was a very in shape looking Mexican male with glasses, and he helped out everyone including the white females. Corporate sent a replacement phone and with the employee's help we were able to swap them out. This employee showed great competence, and honestly, he could probably manage a French fry machine at McDonald's - if I had to guess.”
