Unclean and unorganized. This store doesn't sell much of interest. Everything they have seems to be damaged, returned, or used. The only reason I gave it three stars is because you can occasionally find decent deals on furniture and appliances in the back of the store.

HSN Outlets came under new ownership several years ago. As a result, jewelry prices skyrocketed. So, you won't get a great deal on jewelry but sometimes you might get a good deal.
However, excellent deals can be found throughout the rest of the store, including footwear, clothing, and household goods.

Great store with lots of items like clothing shoes, home decor and more. I have never been here but I came the other day and it was really nice. Prices are really good. Not always a lot in every section as far as sizes sometimes because I believe it comes from what's not sold by them online through HSN. Definitely a must see.

I go here for the shoes. I'm a size 11W and the selection is usually good. Sometimes I find name brands here for a fraction of the price. Also I'm 55+ so I always get an additional discount.

I went to this store excited to shop because I watch hsn on t.v . I saw some jewelry in glass case I wanted to look at. The sales person was very rude!! She acted like it was a great bother for her to show me the ring I wanted to try on. I finally said forget it & walked away. HSN Outlet will never be on my list of places to stop again while on vacation.Will never want to shop HSN again again.

Went today today, was excellent experience, my handbag...not so happy! Lots of shoes, purses, and jewelry pieces. Amazing selection of Turquoise. Nice clothes, and they marked everything on the box. I took all the back roads, made it in 45minutes.
Staff was busy working. Great selection of kitchen appliances. Store I HUGE and well lighted.
Glad they stayed open and I wished there was one around Disney.
Anyway, I made out okay!7

RESELLERS GALORE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! THIS IS A HUGE ISSUE. THEY LINE UP EARLY, AND RUN TO GRAB STUFF IN THE STORE. then again, the managers are all behind it and just cater to them. ITS SO UNFAIR FOR REGULAR CUSTOMERS. WHY DO I HAVE TO BUY ON EBAY FROM A RESELLER WHEN IM IN THE STORE ALSO WILLING TO PURCHASE.?? ITS CRAZY! I HAVE FRIENDS THAT HAVE WENT THERE AND SAW THE SAME THING. FORGET ABOUT HEIDI DAUS ALSO. THE GOOD STUFF IS SET ASIDE FOR RESELLERS.!!!I happened to stop there on the way home from the beach. the HSN IN NEW PORT RICHEY IS ONLY SELLING STUFF TO CERTAIN RESELLERS. so I decided to come here. SAME THING! I SAW A BLACK WOMAN AT THE REGISTER WITH A BOX FULL OF SKINCARE THAT WAS STILL IN PLASTIC BAGS! when I asked the cashier if there were anymore, she said only in the case. there was nothing but used junk in there. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS MANAGEMENT! ITS UNFAIR AND UNJUST. MONEY IS MONEY NO MATTER WHERE IT COMES FROM!!!! DO BETTER PLEASE
