I had an appointment for 7:00pm on February 14th. I got to the office and the door was locked, lights off and nobody there. The sign on the door still said they were open until 8:00 pm. I got no notice that they would be closed. Such a waste of time to make an appointment, be told they would be ready then get there and everyone decided to leave early. Unacceptable.. I had to drive clear across town just to be lied to.

I am terrible with any sort of paperwork, and with that as a fact, they were patient, thoroughly went through everything, and even pointed out where a company I worked for did me wrongly , taking the time to explain that as well. And all was finished quickly. That's important to me because I have very little free time with work, three kids and a girlfriend at home.

I had been going to this office for 20 years and had always had good service. This time the preparer did not know what he was doing. He didn't ask me about the Teacher Expense deduction. I told him to call another person and they didn't know either. Finally they called a district manager who told them it was on 1040A schedule 1 I was always asked about deductions in the past. It was stressful and very disappointing. I asked for a discount coupon because of this and he said he didn't have any left and was not given anymore.
