Big Ryan is courteous and honest. Recently my 17 cu. Ft. Fridgedaire started making noise. I'm sensitive to sound so it was excruciating. I couldn't enjoy a cup of coffee in my own kitchen! I called a reputable appliance repair company and explained the problem. There was nothing wrong with the fridge other than the noise. He checked around- I paid for the visit and the source was undiscovered. He saw I had placed rubber in the freezer to stop the vibration. It helped! He removed it. I tried to tolerate it but called him back and paid again he couldn't find the problem. I decided to replace it and went to see what Ryan had. I explained the problem to him. He said that the fridge needs leveling and to put a piece of rubber under the compressor and between the freezer plate! It worked so Ryan was out of a sale!
He had plugged two fridges in to show they were working properly but told me to try the rubber trick first. I used white rubber in the freezer so it's undetectable! RYAN is just the type I choose to do business with! !!

My third purchase from this company was on Sunday. We've always received stellar service from all associates. Last Sunday we met Eddie and he was amazing. He helped give us advice on how to transport the washer dryer we bought. Things we didn't think about. We really appreciated his input. I always keep an eye on their FB pages for all locations for their great deals. Speaking of FB, they've always been really quick with responding to my questions in DM. I will always recommend this company.

I was purchasing items to furnish a home and I'm so glad someone recommended this place. We got so much furniture for so cheap and since it's hotel quality the wood furniture was solid and extremely durable unlike what you get at normal furniture stores. We got a table and 6 chairs for $150. Got an accent chair for $29, a microwave for $40 and a mini fridge for $70. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because we bought a brand new sleep sofa from there and we received one part wrong and we didn't know until we brought it to the house and unpacked it. It would cost us another U-haul to bring it back...plus it was extremely heavy. Otherwise this is the place to go to get quality furniture, appliances, mirrors and pictures for dirt cheap prices.

Great place to shop specially on a budget. The gentleman that works at the Largo location is very helpful. I’ve bought sofa beds, a stove, decor. Great prices, great for people that like to flip furniture.

Was not given the appliances I picked out- fridge was rusty ,stove was worn on the inside rusty , dishwasher was had paint and glue on it the front of it. Not happy .if you pick out the appliances try to take them with you so you don't get other damaged appliances instead. Shady.

Horrible customer service and a lying associate. He treated me so poorly when I expressed interested in one of the couches they had. He insisted that the couch wouldn't fit through my door and told me that he couldn't help me anymore. Yelling at me.
Fast forward, I went to the other location in US 19 and got what i was looking for at Holliday Florida Hotel Liquidation Warehouse treated me so much better and helped me with great costumer service .

Like to pop in here once and a while just to browse. As of this review, it was jammed full with new things, some very interesting. I needed things for a furnished rental property and found a lot of things I could work with at great prices. The worker/manager is very friendly and helpful. You should stop by and check it out for sure!
