Trash service…
I had a terrible experience at this dry cleaning service. When I went to pick up my shirt, I noticed that my rank insignia was completely messed up. I brought it to the attention of the owner (or the lady working at the store), but she was belligerent and stubborn, refusing to take any responsibility for the damage.
Incredibly, she "graciously" offered to not charge me for the dry cleaning of the shirt she ruined, which saved me a whopping $7. However, I’m now left with the need to replace the entire uniform shirt and rank insignia, which will cost me significantly more than what I saved.
Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy paying more to fix their mistakes than you did for their "service."

We bring all of our clothes and suits here. I also bring items from work to be cleaned here. Very friendly and accommodating. My whole family comes here including myself, my husband, my father, my brother, my sister-in-law, and quite a few of my friends. I got my outfit hemmed here for my daughter's wedding and my son got his suit taken in it as well. Excellent job!

Wow, this lady is the rudest as soon as I entered the store. I asked when I should come back because she was busy on the phone long distance. Lol, like I want to come back and give her clothes to alter.

This was my 1st and last time I will ever go here. The lady that runs the place is the rudest business owner I've ever dealt with. I called ahead of time, just to check if my suit was ready for pickup before I drove there. She was very short and rude with me on the phone saying, "how should I know if it's ready? I have a lot of suits here, I don't even know your name!" She didn't even give me a chance to tell her my name! As I tried to tell her my name she just went on a rant talking over me. When I went to pick up my clothes, I calmly told her that I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me on the phone and would not be using her service again. She then proceeded to yell at me in front of other customers, saying "I don't want your business any way, this is my shop and I'll run it the way I want to!" I thought to myself, she can't be serious. I turned to leave and she was still yelling at me all the way to my car! Unbelievabley unprofessional. This lady needs to learn how to speak to people, especially paying customers. Unbelievable!

TERRRRRIBLEEEEEEEEEEE service and ever worst customer service. She is a lier and they literally didn't dry clean my $250 jeans, they put them in the washer and SHRUNK THEM. I peacefully and respectfully went into the place to bring this to her attention and not only did she deny shrinking my jeans she had NO curtesy at all. I even brought in a pair of the same styled jeans that were a 36 to show that the 36 is now larger than the 38's I brought in! She didn't even want to hear me out and you can tell how money hungry she is. Mind you I bought these jeans 2 months ago and showed her the receipt. THE WORST DRY CLEANING EXPERIENCE EVER. IF YOU HAVE NICE CLOTHES DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!!!!

I have used this cleaner for many years always brought sons rotc military uniforms here always nicely pressed and pleated also have done hems here on pants and other stuff the owner is very nice and pleasant very close to home easy to drop off and pick up definitely recommend this cleanerService: Alterations
