Was serviced immediately even with other customers being helped who were ahead of me. Very friendly staff and lots of cool art for sale along with frames. Also have a good selection of artsy greeting cards. I recommend this place!

They did good work but....communication on how long this takes is lacking. I got my framed piece back after 5 weeks so keep that in mind. The costs can make you faint, but like i said, it was nice work.

Frame Factory did an amazing job enhancing and printing a smart phone photo. They helped choose the perfect frame, using museum quality glass. All done quickly at a very reasonable price. 5?

Fast and professional service! Mary spent some quality time with us to make sure we were happy with our selections and it was available and the choices made sense for the piece. She showed us numerous options and ideas. She did not stop until it was right. I knew it was not going to be cheap, and even with that being said, The price tag was a shocker. Paid it on the spot. Had our finished product in 5 days; way ahead of schedule. As we like to call, concierge service:) Thank you!!!!

While visiting my in-laws in Largo, we decided to get my mom in law an early birthday present - a framed family photo. We wanted it fairly large, suitable for a blank wall in their home here in Florida. But we didn’t think of this idea until just 2 days before our flight home! Not to worry, we popped in and the folks here helped us out in less than 24 hours! When it was ready I arrived to pick up the most stunning photo, printed and framed just as we hoped. The quality of the image is stunning and it looks lovely on the wall. Can’t recommend them enough!

Very nice store with even nicer people. Locally owned and operated! I had some old CD's converted. The Frame shop is really nice with plenty of examples to get you started.I totally recommend this business.
