Everything is very nice here. Yessir is an angel, she is very helpful and professional. The maintenance crew is very friendly and very efficient.
The complex is clean and apartment are nicely organized.
We are happy to live here

I would definitely recommend this place. It is peaceful & clean with plenty of parking. Yessy gave me great customer service. She was Super kind and answered all the questions I had. She is definitely an asset to this company.

Mangers were so great, great communication from the beginning and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from the time I stepped into the office. Highly recommend Fountains of Largo!

The gentleman had trouble replacing the dishwasher. They caused a large “spark”, that caused my electronics to go out, burning smells. They said there might be a problem with my circuit panel now and my hot water heater.

My experience here has been pretty great! Maintenance is friendly. Love Selvin, don’t really know the other gentleman yet. Ramona is fantastic at helping resolve issues, no matter what they may be. The grounds are kept up and beautiful. Loving the new paint on the buildings!! It is quiet around here, which I absolutely love and we are so close to everything! Best apartment that I have had in a long time!
