Morning workers are definitely nicer than the ones in the afternoon. The workers this afternoon tend to the people that came after us when all we had to do was pay.

The lady who answered the phone wasn’t intersted in answering my questions and just told me to hold so she could transfer me to customer service. Could barely understand what she was saying. Not helpful at all. I called UPS store and they answered my question AND spoke clear English.

I now remember why I started going across the street to Staples for my print needs. The people who work here don’t want to take in any work. They rudely direct you to self print as soon as you begin to form a sentence about what you want done. When you force them to print anything for you they become exasperated and if you have a discount like Mary Kay they act like you should produce something for them to find it. Come on it’s Mary Kay, I’m not charging it to the company I’m just get the $5 discount that I’m entitled to as an independent consultant. They are looking for employees at this particular location. I wonder why? ??♀️?

If I could give the FED EX OFFICE a ZERO I would. The staff is not helpful as well as lazy. I wanted to return a box, the same one that was shipped to me VIA FED EX and the nasty lady said that we cannot allow this box for the return. I stated that this is the same box that was delivered to me with a pair of shoes, then she told me that the return label was not correct. Then I stated why can they not accept the box, when I received the box it was so damaged, I taped it up better than it was prior before fed ex gave it to me. She then called for the manager, I said forget it, took my package and left stating loudly THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY. I then repackaged the item, with the proper label and my friend went to drop it off. My friend went to the HUMANS THAT WORK IN THE STORE and told my friend to use the machine. The same lady was still in the store, although she was too busy to help because she was on her phone. ABUSRD! Then while using the machine standing there for 15 minutes, trying to figure it out, still not one store associate helped. My friend needed a receipt and an associate sighed heavily, like I really have to help this customer. What GREAT SERVICE "NOT". This store is a joke. no wonder why I use UPS instead. Horrible staff, management, as well as attitudes

Aaron was very professional and helped me with all of my questions and very personable . I would definitely hire him in a second due to his professionalism and the way he cared to help me. This customer service is above the top. Wish i didnt have to deal w the PO bc i mail a lot to PO boxs which is the only downfall w FED EX. However i do understand PO cs is for garbage cant track things when ya pay for certified tracking.Way to go Aaron and fed ex yall have an all star here. Keep up the amazing work my friend. Ill definitely be back!!!!!

FED EX IS THE WORST, I am expecting a package, but I work from 9:30a-9p and can not be there to accept delivery and FED EX customer service and IVR say that they cant hold the package at the office for me to pick up, my license matches the delivery address, FED EX's response was that if I wasnt there to accept delivery they were going to send it back to shipper even though I AM ASKING THEM TO HOLD IT AT THEIR OFFICE. No customer service at all! Just a complete run around!
