A hat store for those that see hats as more than a fashion statement. A quality product that is not only stylish, but functional. They carry hats that you don't have to wait for a wedding to wear. Hats for even the semi-casual events. The staff is friendly and the prices reasonable. Even the delivery is amazing. A gem of a store, worthy of our support.

Drove 20 minutes there after seeing their name pop up on a Google maps Hat search.No where on that page, which owners create, does it say anything about appointments only or online only.It states store hours only.I get there well before closing and no one was even there to respond to their doorbell.What a waste of time.Apparently, this is an online business not really interested in foot traffic.

Truly a 5-star organization. I received top quality service from the Fashionable Cane staff in response to my concern of having been sent the wrong item. I find their customer service spectacular, as are the canes that they sell. Really top notch!

Highly recommend shopping elsewhere. I am handicapped and thus need a cane. There is no "hassle free return policy." I will have to go to UPS and pay the cost of returning a cane to this business. This company charges a non-optional "package fee" of $2.25 to purchase and then another $10.95 to provide a return label. This company does not care about its customers. Avoid this merchant.

I purchased my first two canes from Fashionable Canes in 2014. They were really well designed, attractive and durable. I am back to replace one of them due to a misshandling of one of mine that no cane would have been able to survive. With the help of an excellent Customer service person there is a replacement in the future. If you are looking for a cane I would recommend Fashionable Canes, the selection is vast and varied, and based on my experience the quality is top notch.Mike
