“Good experience so far, although I have only done the transaction to rent a recliner for a short time. The sales assistant was very helpful, and the pricing was as represented to me over the phone. The furniture is of excellent quality. I am hopeful that the return process will be equally satisfying. The “qualification” process was rather detailed & aggravating in that way, but apparently rental transactions put the lessor at risk in many ways so their many verification demands seem reasonable.”

“The night before I screwed up my phone with the SIM card lock. It would not take my pin. So then it was sim card locked. So I went over to the store and I don't have the name, but he was very good and helpful and polite and patient . He fixed the phone and I was on my way back home and the phone is working fine now. She really saved the day and went above and beyond to help me keep my Information. I would recommend anybody to switch to t-mobile specifically for her service. “if I could give them 10 plus stars!!!! let me tell you how I came to meet Jacob and will. so, my Happy's location which I'll be righting a review about them next. my fiancée and myself went in there for a bedroom set and a new tv old one died. and got everything but a pond getting it. I went home 2 days later I found a mattress place and decided to check it out found a similar mattress. for 200 including the box spring. so was like hmm I can take back my mattress {which was 1100, same as cash} again 2-3 days old. so, I called Melvin, and he told me I couldn't bring it back because it was out the box and used! I was like really.!?!? decided to get ahold of corporate. but ended up calling this location explained the situation to Jacob, he made it clear I can take it back and he reached out to his regional manager, and he reached out to the regional manager of the town n country store long story short. they CAME AND GOT MY MATTRESS! because of Jacob! than I was now not trusting Melvin called them to have them check the new contract and bill was like sure I'll take a look at it and apologized for this happening. they are truly the best I wished I lived close to them because they are amazing.”

“I went there 1 day for a phone planndidnt work had to return and got same agent kyle he was great he did his hardest to have me walk out that store with a phone he was amazing and another agent there was helpful think his name is Greg for Gary not sure but both were amazing multi tasking in between customers!! Highly recommended!!”

He was able to get me a tv that they do not stock and have it delivered to me exceptionally quick. “Nice store. Great selection of merchandise. Should be putting up larger more visible sale signs. The sweatshirt I purchased was regularly $28. Today's price was $10. If I had been aware of that great sale I would have bought all colors. Checkout person needed a phone number even though we were paying cash. That's different in retail world. Store has a Starbucks. Nice!”

“I would give Kiera a 12 star review if that was possible. I walked into the store and Kiera totally took care of my need to purchase a new Apple watch (9 series) and add a line to my account. She checked with Kevin to see if they had it there in the store but they didn't. Wouldn't you know that shortly thereafter someone from the store just a couple of miles down the street, delivered the exact watch I wanted and then proceeded to set up the watch for me. I call that service with a smile. Very efficient, accommodating and just a wonderful experience. You can be sure that when (not IF but when) I need something else from T-mobile, I'll come back to that store looking for Kiera. Thanks for hiring good people... She'll go far... :)”

“The store was very clean even the bathrooms. It was about 1:00 at night and pizza chicken wings as well as taquitos and hot dogs. We hadn't eaten since late afternoon so we were very hungry. It was nice to have a choices”

“A great place to go for a convenience store. They have a lot of sandwiches as well as offers some hot food products as well. Pizza chicken wings hot dogs and so forth. They have fountain soda drinks, slushy, as well as a variety of coffees and creamers. Usually very clean and fast service for a quick stop to get what you need. Also if you download the 7-Eleven app you are able to earn lots of free products.”
