While my family and I where traveling on our vacation I noticed that my U-joints had started to squeak . I contacted East Bay Auto Service (I found on Google )and they where able to get me in right away. We went to a local park not far away and waited while they repaired our vehicle. I bought a new car and arrived home to a blown wheel cylinder on my 01 Jeep XJ. Cars are like temperamental teenagers, my first car got jealous. East Bay Auto Service answered my call with no questions getting it towed and serviced same day. In a time like today where auto service appointments are weeks out, they got me in and out in one day efficiently and cost effectively. Great business being run there. Jesse the Jeep is good as new. I had my tires rotated at a different shop a few days ago and I was panicking today because my wheel started making crazy noises. I have 3 kids and was scared to keep driving it so I called the closest shop to my current location. They picked up and said they were busy but I can swing by. Very caring and professional. It took less than 10 minutes for him to look at my car, figure out what’s wrong and fix it. He let me know it could have been very ugly, my wheel could have come off. The lug nuts were loose and one came off. He checked and tightened all of them for me to make sure we were safe. Amazing service I can’t say enough good things and professionalism about this shop.
