Worst customer service at a Dunkin’ Donuts in my life!! I ordered one sandwich there is no line they pulled me way forward to a parking spot just not to mess up there drive threw time, woman and man so rude and sandwich wasn’t even fresh!!

It's around 8 p.m. last minute with two toddlers getting a banana ? split ?and donuts. The service was so amazing ? from Amanda! I've been here before - like six other times for breakfast and didn't get a positive morning smile it was the wrong food and burned sandwich, but I decided to try again. And Today!!! Hooray to Amanada for her great attitude and customer service ? My order was right on point ? and felt welcome ?

Went through the drive thru, with no other car in front of me.. I waited about 3 minutes without anyone acknowledging me there. I pull up to the window and I assume it was the owner, I tell him no one acknowledged the drive thru, I just want a hot coffee... anyway he says "you need to pull around in line to order!" I understand you may be short handed but you not the only show in town buddy.. there's other baristas in the area. You need a reality check .

America still runs on Dunkin' I suppose! Not bad but not great coffee, you're lucky if you get what you exactly want, definitely be careful if you ask for cream and sugar, you may not get any coffee in there!

Went through drive through and when I asked for the coffee syrup flavors he told me to read the sign that they were written there. I said to him that I couldn’t see them and he kept me there until I found it on the menu. I wasn’t able to find them and he did not want to tell me what the flavors were. He preferred to keep me there until I was able to find them. After a while of looking, I finally told him to just give me French vanilla. He couldn’t just tell me what flavors they had. When I told them that it was a poor customer service experience, they just smiled and went to the back to hide. ?

This is my go-to Dunkin location. We always order thru the app ahead of time to expedite things. The drive thru usually moves smooth and quickly. If we ever have to pull around and wait, the staff are courteous about it. I prefer coming earlier in the morning, I always feel my drink is made better before 8am. It's rare that I don't enjoy my coffee here, and if i do go and return it they always rectify the situation.

Didn't know I had to wait 5 min if I used the mobile app. After I waited, found out my order was wrong, and had to go into the store to correct it. Service wasn't friendly and felt like I was bothering them by my order & business. Won't be back.

Literally had to wait 20 minutes for a bagel. JUST A BAGEL!! Manager told me there was orders a head of me. Ive never been to a Dunkin and had this problem. It’s always a problem with this location its like a hit or miss on that they will be significant with anything. Workers was just standing around. Ridiculous!

I go to this Dunkin 5 days a week. I am greeted like family every time and have always received great service. The staff are amazing and they always have my mobile order ready to go. I know most of them by name and the store manager always goes out of his way to say hello to me. Great place with great people.

Made a Dunkin run tonight. 1 of 3 drinks were correct or tasted great. I ordered black coffee with cream and sugar but the coffee was burnt or old. One in my party ordered a sold signature drink which did not taste like the flavor they ordered. The only one correct was the hot peppermint mocha. Very disappointed ?

I walked in and was greeted very nicely as I approached the counter. I ordered the iced caramel macchiato and it was made promptly and as I ordered. The restaurant was pleasant, very clean and well organized. I will definitely be going back!

Today asked for iced coffee with melted sugar. Like I have for over ten years. This was an extremely huge ordeal. The manager Tom (unsure if he gave me his actual name) acted as though I was asking for something never heard of. He got extremely aggressive about this. I had to ask more than once for this as it kept getting rang up and made wrong on purpose. I remained calm during the entire interaction. He slammed my coffee onto the counter and told me to get out that he’s calling the cops. He appeared to be on something as he was chewing on his mouth and twitching. He took my receipt and threw it away. I asked for it back and he dug it from the trash.Would very much appreciate cameras to be pulled and this manager of this store reprimanded. He looked me in the face and stated no one will do anything about it anyway and he cannot get fired.
