I have spent so much money at this dollar treet there by Indian rocks beach
The cashier's are very nice
The actual managers are totally rude and accuse people of trying to steal
They humiliated me today. It was very rude and said nasty things to me and told me to leave
Theyust have me confused with someone else. I have never stolen a thing in my life
Very unprofessional screaming at me
I'm like you have the wrong person. They told me to leave before they called the police
Jeez
I have never been treated in my life. Ridiculous.

corporate fired an amazing person for getting scammed over the phone by garbage. however corporate got scammed and employees were hacked and nobody fired at the holiday season. also hid it from employees and now offer credit monitoring

This is the nicest Dollar Tree in this area. It is always clean, well organized and the people are very friendly.

Absolutely disgusting pig sty of a tech section. Couldn't even look as there was A CIGARETTE BUTT in the shelf. Went to see if they had a fisheye lens that it said they had couldn't even see it.

Showed up 10 mins to close and she was locking the door. We just had 2 things to get. She did nothing but complain about people shopping in the store before they closed. She actually denied entry to someone 5 mins til close because "she had budgeting things" to do and people just need to visit the other store that closes at 10pm (which is a good 10 min drive away and not convenient).

I like Dollar Tree, I hate that the prices went up but that's how things going this world. I just hope next time I visit which I frequent often that Associates are more friendlier.

Love the Dollar Tree!This store is my favorite because of your friendly and helpful staff. Danny, Kelly and Sabrina were working on the registers and greeting folks as they entered the store on 12/08/22 and made my shopping experience a delight. Their friendly conversations with customers were often filled with laughter and pleasantries. Everyone including myself left happier then when they entered. That’s quite a gift. Thank you!There also was a young lady who’s name I didn’t get working hard sticking shelves and was very helpful in showing me where to find things.Merry Christmas and many Blessings

Although this store is the cleanest and most organized dollar tree in the area, the staff is horrible. I don't expect anyone to go out of their way but I was appalled by how I was treated by not only the cashier but the MANAGER. Their was an issue with my order and I basically needed to put two items back and she apparently did not know how to give a refund. So instead of fixing this situation she made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed me in front of a line full of people. She had the audacity to call me "broke" while walking out of the door! None of the employees would tell me her name! Not to worry though because she will not be working for them next month once I get ahold of headquarters She has no business working in customer service I don't care what line of business it is! I have to say I have never been treated this poorly while shopping very sad.
