A few little hiccups with order of cabinets not in stock but they fixed right away. Depending on what you get can be a little pricey.But they are very friendly, Sandy the receptionist is great,she helped out a lot especially since this was my first time doing any remodeling.Love My finished kitchen...Would recommend them .

I have used the Largo DRP for several kitchens and baths.They are exactly what they say.On time!They have a great design team!Fair pricing.Most importantly on time and they update you with any shipping/ delivery delays.100% recommended as a past and future returning customer.

The team at DRP are amazing when it comes to finding the most creative use of space. From their owner Jim, to John who runs the warehouse to Sandy their designer; they are all experts. We particularly appreciated their patience and very timely followup when we reached out. It's a great company. Our daughter and husband are putting on an addition and a new kitchen. DRP will be their cabinet source.

I was referred to Direct Renovation Products by my kitchen designer and did all my kitchen cabinetry and countertops with them for a complete kitchen remodel. Of course, as is the way these projects happen, through a series of delays completely unrelated to DRP, I had to have a working kitchen ready for a house full of wedding guests in a very short period of time. DRP delivered! I would highly recommend them and I would highly recommend that you have their cabinet shop do the assembly and customization. John and his team did a fantastic job of QA'ing the cabinets, working with the manufacturer, getting me all the loaner doors and support through the installation process that I needed. It felt like John's team was part of my installation and were always available to answer questions and support me. Through DRP I was also able to get beautiful, high quality countertops quickly installed by A&S Granite and Marble. Thank you to the whole team at DRP. All our guests and visitors rave about our kitchen!

11/23/2022 UpdateIts been almost exactly 2 years since we did out kitchen facelift review below. Now after hurricane Ian, we are replacing our lower kitchen cabinets! I called Direct spoke with Jim, the owner. Thank God they had our previous file still available so this was easy peasey. Jim was great, so helpful, and sympathetic to our situation. We ordered all the same lower cabinets, with the same modifications. The order was supposed to be 10-12 weeks, which would put delivery in January! Oh well we could wait much to do in the mean time getting our home put back together. I received an email approximately 4 weeks after our order that our cabinets were being shipped and delivery would be week of Thanksgiving!!!! WOW what service. We put the delivery off until next week because of the holiday. I am confidant we will recieve the same quality product, and delivery. If not I'll amend by review. At this point though we are still so happy with Direct, Jim and Fabuwood! Oh, by the way if it hadn't been for the flood our cabinets still look great, with daily use!Our experience was wonderful. Already had a definite idea for our kitchen face lift, which included new cabinets, countertop etc. No change in the footprint so when we met with Lesley she grasped our ideas immediately. She was excellent, listened well made suggestions and gave us wonderful tips. Living 2 hours away we did the initial plan together and all other revisions by phone, there were 4, she would email the changes we would review them and get back to her. We placed our order and received our cabinets ahead of time. We chose to go with FabuWood and are very happy with the quality for the price point. They were delivered ahead of schedule fully assembled, safely boxed and protected without a scratch. Could not be happier with our experience! Everyone we encountered most only by phone were wonderful. Highly recommend Direct Renovation Products, and will use them again should a new project arise.

Would not recommend Jarlin brand that DRP offers. Multiple issues found with cabinet doors cracking and not assembled correctly (see attached pictures). Additionally, coloring doesn’t match with most of the trim versus the actual cabinets. I would go with a different brand and/or business. Feedback - Quality control needs coaching on having better attention to detail.Update: the owners response is very typical in this situation… shows no accountability or ownership at all for the product and services his company offers. There actually was another issue I failed to mention above, one of our upper cabinets did not have the holes predrilled for the pegs to hold the shelf in place which was eventually corrected. Again, a quality control issue which should’ve been caught prior to leaving their production facility. Our install was less than three months ago and we have to submit a warranty claim to have these cabinet doors replaced so I’m not concerned that this company will own the mistake and correct it; however, I am taking this opportunity to inform consumers regarding the product which should help anyone make an informed decision.

I have used this company for years after meeting them at a home show 11 years ago. I was nervous because they changed ownership at some point and I was concerned the customer service would not be the same. My kitchen renovation was due to a Tropical Storm. I didnt plan on the remodel. I was not nice. I was very stressed out as I was out of my home for three months due to many other items that had to be attended to. Leslie was great. She was firm yet nurturing. The cabinets came in on time and they are beautiful. My house is basically new and my kitchen is the center point of my home. I come in my house and cant believe its my kitchen. They have amazing pricing for the quality. If your're flipping a home or decorating your dream home they have great pricing. I highly recommend this company!

All of the staff a DRP on East Bay Drive in Largo were exceptional. They delivered a quality product exactly to my specifications and assisted me in selecting a style and configuration that suited my needs and budget. Delivery was accomplished on an acceptable time schedule during this pandemic and over the holidays. Their selection is extensive and their sales people knowledgeable. So far the best experience and I saved alot of money over going to home depot or lowe's for the same product.

I would not recommend this business. This is my opinion based on personal experience. I utilized the free design offering explicitly noted on their website which is stated as follows: “ Our professional designers will create a FREE layout with 3-D color renderings.”Gary created us a few mock ups with our space parameters. At the time, we were in the construction phase of our home and openly received mock ups and bids from a few other retailers as well. Ultimately we elected to use another company because it was a better fit for us and we had concerns after meeting Gary in person and requesting black cabinets because he repeatedly handed us brown samples asking “if they were black enough” for us. Black and brown are not the same color. We did not use Gary’s design for our final purposes. At one point when he found out I was consulting with Ikea he snapped to me “have fun with your particleboard,” despite me not being committed to any product at that time or having any personal issue with Ikea products. This comment also caused me concern for following through on an order with him.When we decided to go another direction altogether, the following text stream commenced:Me: “At this time we do not require anything further but will certainly let you know if we do. Thank you, Gary!”Gary: “I’m happy to hear that you took my hard earned work and gave it for free to someone else! It’s good that you were able to shop my work and save money! Congratulations to you.”I called the store owner to inform him of the message. Without me telling him his name, he guessed it was Gary. When I asked if this type of professionalism is tolerated in his work environment he stated that he wouldn’t fire him, if that’s what I was asking and that this was “the nature of the business.” Hearing this told me all I needed to know about Direct Renovations, the management, and the support staff. I sent the owner the screenshot and an email as a follow up and didn’t hear back, but I also didn’t expect or ask to be.I kept wondering if something had happened during delivery or with the products themselves, what type of support or following up would ensue if this is how they talk to potential clients for simply taking them up on a service explicitly noted that they provide on their website. Im glad I didn’t stick around to find out.
