Jorge was amazing, kept his composure and was so nice helping a busy day of customers. He truly is a star but during busy seasons, could use help! Have someone else on stand by just in case, so it’s not all on him :)Add: I didn’t have a good experience calling to get the hours- I believe it was an 800 number but the employee hung up on me after giving very automated answers not related to the hours when I kept asking the hours.it was very odd.

The mailing address here is incorrect; it should be Suite 203 at 12210, not 12310, building. It took me nearly 10 minutes to figure this out. DHL doesn’t provide any phone number for assistance

DHL is the absolutely worst service I have experienced. No matter what time you call customer service the rep does not speak clear english and only responds with what appear to be preprogrammed responses that may or may not apply to your situation. I spoke with 3 different reps and literally got 3 different stories ranging from your packages is clearing customs and will be out for delivery to customs seized your package. This is after they charged $465 to ship a package for product being returned to china. All 3 reps refused to answer my direct questions and told me to just file a claim.

If there’s a no star option I would leave it. Delivery scheduled for 23rd came 22nd obviously no one was home. I called as soon as I got the notification they told me they will attempt delivery two more times. I requested after 5, delivery attempt at 12:30 pm no one was home. Called the 23rd twice and once more morning of 24th and I was told on the way but no updates. Got a voicemail at 1 pm saying sorry we missed you? I drove over an hour each way to warehouse in a rain storm to finally pick up and all I got was a sorry? Incompetent, unhelpful and if I have a voice will NEVER use again

You may want to invest in signs directing customers to the building behind the one with the address listed as DHL. The kind young man at Home Depot, which is the office one sees with the address listed is an expert at directing traffic to the building in the back because he says people always come to Home Depot looking for DHL

Outrageously over priced. What was going to cost me $112 to send DHL is $27 at the post office to send to Great Britain.
