As I am reading the reviews of this company I noticed I’m not the only one with the same issues. I had a package expedited to me to arrive a day ago. As I sat at home waiting on my package to arrive I receive a message that the package was undelivered due to me not being here to sign when I left a phone number and gave instructions for package delivery. Less than I min after I received the message I call the company and also start a conversation untimely to be told that that I have to wait again until the next day. Why did the same thing happen. This time I ensured I had my number notes on where to leave package which is always how I have set things up and here I am three hours later after multiple phone calls with the company have to wait until Monday for a package that was supposed to arrive on Thursday that I had expedited to me all because of a driver not doing their job at delivering my package to me or even attempting. Sad part is I’m sitting at home both days awaiting the arrival of my package! If you can avoid shipment with this company save yourself the headache and wasted time.

This place is the ONLY drop off location in Pinellas and they don't even have a drop box for packages that are already paid and labeled. FURTHERMORE they don't open until 10am daily. DHL are you even a real shipping company?Their package receiving protocol is different every time I go in there. Sometimes someone asks about contents, someone else decides they got to open the box up and inspect, another person just takes the boxes no questions or comments. What is it, trying to keep small businesses on their toes? And my boxes are prom dresses, it's not like it's something hard to understand.When you walk in there's no one there to receive you. You have to wait for an attendant to actually show up after ringing a bell for service. Sometimes it's a minute other times it's ten.And last but not least, there is auto window glass ALL OVER the DHL property as you drive the full length of the shipping facility to get to the back where they take customers. That in itself foreshadows their "customer last" policy--just shows how little they care when you need to drive the entire length of the facility, a whole block and over 8 speed bumps just to get to where customers are received but moreover, it's peppered with auto glass like there's car accidents there daily. Maybe DHL drivers play chicken for fun?This whole experience is necessary because good luck getting DHL to actually show up at your business or house when you schedule a pick up. I've just stopped trying at this point. I call in minutes after the schedule time and get told, "Oh, the driver marked you as not there." NO DRIVER ARRIVED, I have a camera facing the street, none even drove past.

Scheduled pickup from my house, label already printed and shipping paid 4x last week. Every time I get a notification no one was home. 4 people home. Box by the door. My ring camera confirms no one even drove past my house with a DHL van, let alone came to the door. I had to drive the box to this facility to actually get my shipping processed.

Driver lied TWICE about us not being home. Delivery was NEVER attempted. Now we have to pick it up ourselves. DHL is garbage!!

if you didn't already know where this place is you really can't find it. It is located in the back of a couple of big warehouses with signage on the northwest part of the building. No signage on the street or anything. Luckily my gps app got me mostly there and I used google maps to find out where it was beforehand, if someone were to be given the address and blindly go there they surely would be lost. Staff was friendly enough and I was given my package quickly, so there is that.

The guy in the front desk was so helpfull, kind and knowledgeable. I asked so many questions and he helped with ALL of them. Never once was rude. Shipping process was fast and professional. I am a fan of DHL now.

I thought I would try DHL in Largo, Florida to send my package to the UK. I visited the DHL store in Largo, FL today at 1pm EST. I was the only customer in the store. The young gentleman behind the counter was not interested in helping me, he was very condescending and did not provide any level of customer service at all. I was very disappointed. I went to the FedEx store. I was treated nicely, and sent the package to the UK.

Took 35 min to even get anyone to come in the little room in the largo location after ringing the bell then heard him yell to his co worker they need to “be patient “ I will never use this packaging service again rude unprofessional and slow

DHL failed to charge my account for more than 90 days from the date I shipped my package. It caused an undue disruption to my budget as a result. I reached out to customer support, and they were not at all helpful. I had to follow up multiple times to get the person working on my complaint to even respond.
