After many years with another insurance company and agent I switched to State Farm at Dan Flynn's agency. Although I've never personally dealt with Dan Flynn, I've had the utmost pleasure of dealing with Karen Fazio at the agency. We would think that in today's world customer service, kindness and knowledge no longer exist. This is not the case with Karen Fazio. Karen at all times has been simply outstanding in every way possible. Karen is a true professional and a credit to the Dan Flynn agency, the insurance profession and herself. You can not go wrong with contacting and dealing with this fine professional and one of the nicest people you will ever know.

Relocated from Michigan and needed to modify my renters insurance.They made everything more complicated and difficult. I wasn't even able to get a policy with them I had to get a 3rd party insurance and the payment options are extremely limited.I'm already looking into other policy's elsewhere
