A woman Pharmacist was giving me a hard time about a prescription for my grandson and just because I was frustrated and used a curse word in my sentence- cvs says they will no longer fill his prescriptions. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS??? A PRESCRIPTION FOR A CHILD CAN BE DENIED BY SOME WOMAN WHO THINKS SHE HAS A LITTLE BIT OF POWER???LOL!!! The male pharmacist- Scott - is a doll and is willing to help anyone. Many of my neighbors stated that they've had problems with this woman, not a lady, before also. So very sad.....

CVS is a friendly store, well stocked, and check out is a breeze. Prescriptions are filled on time and has knowledgeable friendly Pharmacists.

This CVS has the rudest employees. Every time I’ve tried, it’s been ridiculous. We needed cash today and a few items. When we got to the counter, the woman was visibly annoyed that she had to return to the cash register. When I asked her about cash back, she rolled her eyes and told us no more than $20 in the most annoyed tone when her machine says $40 which is what we needed. So we had to pay $5 at the atm versus her doing her job. This is not a rare behavior at this cvs and I do my best not to use them.

Norma, Destiny, & the rest of the staff are always so sweet to my mother-in-law when she comes into the store. They make her day by talking with her, helping her with questions throughout the store, & walking her through the receipt coupons that are printed. My husband & I are grateful of all the sweet people that work here.

Worst Pharmacy at CVS ever on Starkey road Seminole FL. I changed pharmacy's to Publix my prescription was sent here by accident and ounce again not filled and i could not pick it up because the pharmacist makes his own hours and closed early again. Not to mention they never answer the phone. I had to travel an hour to another CVS to pick my medicine up that i needed to take right away and had to wait for them to transfer it to there location.

Not only this last visit, but every visit cvs employees always loves to see me with a beautiful smile and a wave and hello miss Baber. I just love every one there. I always leave there smiling. Like my cvs family. I Love each and everyone of them. Thank you again cvs.

Went to buy allergy medications, presented my ID. ID was never given back (OK. That's fine. Mistakes happen). But I called the place on TWO separate occasions, leaving messages, asking if I could get a call back and if my ID was there. No call back!Finally went back about two weeks later and asked...Sure enough, it was there! But....I had already ordered another one.Perhaps someone could have looked in their system and said, hey, this guy left his ID. Or, he's called a couple times, let's see if his ID is here? But nope!

Go to a different pharmacy if you actually want your prescription filled and questions or comments answered. The pharmacist is very rude after 3 days of not being able to get anyone on the phone he called me back because i threatened to go online. He was rude. Pharmacy has No customer appreciation at all no one answers the phone you can not get threw to the pharmacy. I tried for 3 days even the front store tried with no answer either. The manager said the pharmacy is like a separate store and works on there own rules. The manager also told me that she spoke to them about there phone system and told them the front store gets many calls for pharmacy. it got her no where sounds like they gave up.

The people at the register tend to be under capable. I went to pick up an online order. They asked me for my last name and couldn't find my order. They pulled each bag off the shelf to examine the name. Finally they asked for the order number and started the search all over. When they found it and handed it to me I realized why they couldn't find it by name... They only put my first name and initial of my last name.

Horrible pharmacy. After 15 years I’m done. I cannot believe the lack of customer service in this store. Norma is the only good thing about this store. And I sure will miss her.
