No pharmacy should make sick people wait over an hour for their prescription and blame it on the pharmacy across the street. Giving Walgreens the same review. Get it together people, it’s rude.

I promise you it never fails every time we go to this drive thru we are always met with racial stereotypical questions and looks. Ma'am it is like a slap in the face how you addressed us. I work in Healthcare and for you to handle us like we don't have any Health insurance is unacceptable.
You never know who comes through your drive thru.
You should treat people better.

Do not shop here! The worst customer service ever!! The young lady at the register was rude and had an attitude, very disrespectful. Both managers on duty were unprofessional , they all need more training and CVS corporation should be aware of the way they are treating customers at this location.
Unfortunately, I did not take names, but who ever worked 02/21/2024, at 3:00 pm need to be reprimanded for their actions!

I've been going to this pharmacy for several years and in the past would have rated it much lower. Recently I've had a much better experience here and as I'm not afraid to post when I've had a bad experience I feel I should say that the staff has been helpful. This is a busy pharmacy and while I don't like that you need to leave a message instead of speaking to someone, they do return calls and have responded when we need something. I don't like that CVS in general closes for lunch but these people have to eat. The line here can get long at times and some customers get rude and butt in line but the staff does try to give everyone their attention and move as quickly as they can. At this time the staff here is pretty good so 5 stars from me today from my recent experiences.

CVS is my wife's favorite to pick up prescriptions. Apparently they are more organized and there are less issues with our insurance so now we are CVS people apparently.

Not my regular cvs but after reading all the bad comments I just wanted to say I went there pick up a Rx they didntv have at my other cvs , drive thru was fast and very friendly service . looked like many people working very hard . I was impressed ?

CVS Store does not return calls on A timely manner or not at all. My prescription has not been filled correctly. Poor customer service.

Alyssa is the best pharmacist ever! She went above and beyond putting info into the system one by one to help everyone dealing with backordered medication and find an alternative that works for them. Alyssa and the rest of the pharmacy team who helped are amazing

Hello I work a pub on indian rocks beach till midnight to 2am almost every night. I have a storage unit behind this CVS. Which I can't get into till 6am. I am nomadic and sleep in a hammock and behind the CVS in front of my unit. Are two perfect trees just a little wide open to the public but it is so perfect lol!!Just now CVS had me trapassed for being in Hammock. I won't sleep here again but asking to have the trespass removed please. In promise that I will sleep somewhere else. I drop off ups packages to this CVS all the time and use your photo center. worker was super rude, told me and my friends we were “loitering” when we had items in hand and still looking around, we were in there for about 15 minutes and he said we’d been there for over an hour. the store was nice but our overall experience was ruined by the worker
