I arrived at 9:15 for my 9:30 minute clinic appointment. I’m still sitting here at 9:54 waiting. As I’ve been sitting here I’ve watched 2 people get called back who got here after me and were under me on the check in screen. Not trying to be rude but really this is frustrating

Largo Florida...'My' CVS... Always have a good experience. Don't actually shop too often but when I do, never have any real issues. The reading glasses kiosk was a bit of a mess but managed through. Customer service traditionally is above par. Their Minute Clinic has always been very good to me so I highly recommend.

Ditch your garbage voicemail service and answer the phone you guys aren't selling trinkets and Christmas ornaments you sell life dependent products that people rely on you are not in a business that gives you the luxury to have a system that's impossible to talk to a human just more proof that the entire American health care system from top to bottom is an absolutely laughable corrupt joke

I love my CVS at Bryan Dairy and Starkey Road fortunately I moved to Tarpon Springs recently and I got to find a new CVS to go to and Tarpon Springs I hope that they treat me as well or better than Pinellas parking.
