You CANNOT call them anymore. You MUST leave a message/call back phone number to speak to anyone. TERRIBLE.

I am very happy shopping at CVS. When I go in everyone says hello. and they are very helpful if I ever have a question. The store is always clean, brightly lit with wide isles for maneuvering my walker.. And I love the Care Pass and all the savings with purchases and pharmacy prescriptions.

If I could give zero stars I would! Everyone in this pharmacy lacks compassion. Was told my mom’s pain meds were on “back order” yet another pharmacy has them in stock and knows nothing about a shortage. So they are letting a stage 4 lung cancer patient sit in pain for whatever reason, which is absolutely disgusting to me. I hope no one in this pharmacy ever has to deal with such disregard to their own health, well maybe I do so they can get a feel for what it’s like to be treated so poorly.

Highly unsatisfied! I bet when someone takes something from your store you watch cameras. But when you claim all my medicine in the bag for a 90 day supply that the picture scan show's three and I get it wow there's only two. But I ask for camera s to be watch to show me opening bag and asking for my original inhaler cause the two they gave me were a different brand. Guess what THERE WAS ONLY TWO. So in general people watch and make sure all your medicine are in your bag before you leave!!! So gonna give Walgreens a try

Ileana in the pharmacy could use some customer service training. I received a text stating my prescription was ready On Monday at 10:34a. She became argumentative and blamed the automated system. Then she said the text states that it was ordered not ready. She refused to even look at the text because she walked away to go search in a different computer with her back towards the line. I asked her to call and let me know when it’s ready. She refused. She just kept saying maybe it will be in this afternoon and I need to keep calling to check on it. Maybe that’s the postcovid way if CVS handling things but her poor answers, lack of listening to understand instead of listening to respond, her refusal to look at my text, and ignorance of how clients are contacted escalated a situation that could have resolved in seconds by looking at the text, stating it’s incorrect and contacting me when it’s ready. Her tone and sarcasm with lack of understanding just got my prescription moved to Publix.

Not a great location, employees don't care. Long line and employees have no sense of urgency. Can never get through to anyone when you call this location.

This has been my main CVS store for years {including the pharmacy I use monthly to get my family's prescriptions}I have only ever had one issue here. It was with a new or substitute pharmacist. But the store manager was very committed to making it right, which was nice. All the staff up front and in the pharmacy was friendly, helpful and efficient. The store is almost always clean, organized and well stocked. Pharmacy dept. is usually quick and friendly. I don't ever get stuck in long lines at the pharmacy, like in other stores.

This is twice now I've had a major issue at the pharmacy trying to get my ADHD meds. The first time, the pharmacist filled only 1 of 3 prescriptions (they filled a 3 month supply of my depression meds, no questions asked) and told me that they were not accepting new patients for the other 2 prescriptions, but made no effort to contact me about it so I was out of those meds for a few days. The second time, I was told they needed to verify the prescription with my doctor, which is understandable but I did not have time to wait a few days for the back-and-forth. I was able to get my doctor to send the scripts to the CVS pharmacy up the road and called this pharmacy back to let them know they no longer needed to contact my doctor. In this phone call, it was explained to me that the phone call to the doctor was to ensure that "other alternatives" had not been considered. This is discrimination against an ADA protected disability. I understand reasonable caution with filling controlled substances, but this goes above and beyond the scope of caution. I have been on these meds for 10+ years and have an extensive patient history with CVS with no reason to suspect any amount of abuse. There's no reason for this type of behavior and the pharmacist should have her license revoked if she is making these kind of judgements against doctor orders.

A certain prescription is on back order and tried calling to see if I can have it sent here so I can get my prescription filled because I need it, the lady was extremely rude and apparently I can’t get info where I can get my prescription filled. Never again will CVS get me or my families business. Guess I have to ask my doctor to send my prescription everywhere and fingers crossed I get it.

Would have given 0 starts as an option if possible, rude pharmacy staff that would rather argue with you and tell you to go to another pharmacy after they keep messing up my family's prescriptions. Save your time and stress and go somewhere else

This is the nicest CVS I’ve been to in a while. I was surprised to find it as clean especially in the bathroom.

Don't let that young girl give you a shot in the arm. She's horrible at it. My arm was bruised forever since my flu shot. She just jabs you without squeezing the arm.
