The Pharmacist is overworked and makes multiple mistakes on the prescription processing by filling old prescriptions. Not updating current medications list and do not prefill medications even if the automated system says it will be filled the day before. It has yet to be filled via the automated system which asks when you call in if you need medications to be filled. I have just given up on that process and call directly. I still have an issue with getting them filled then. Until I stand before them and wait for long periods of time in the store to get my medication is when it gets accurately filled. I am very frustrated at the long lines for one person is filling prescriptions, answering questions for customers, check out of prescriptions and answering the drive through window. I do not think that many people use it if it is used anymore. You should hire more reliable, competent and compassionate people who care about their jobs. They are so overwhelmed you do not get the quality of care that you could at any other pharmacy. Publix has already taken over many of their clients that the remaining just have to suffer their errors, non-responsive and lack of professionalism for being overwhelmed. I feel sorry for the few that a worked like slaves and not appreciated by their employers or the overwhelmed customers who have to suffer through this as well.

I tried to speak to the pharmacist about a prescription I needed filled that said it was out of stock. The pharmacist was rude and curt with me and did not even pretend to care about my question or trying to help me find a solution, despite the fact that I told her I was completely out of my medication and that this isn't a medication that you're supposed to just stop taking cold turkey. Will be transferring all of my prescriptions somewhere else where the pharmacy staff isn't so rude.

Very easy usually don't have to wait and if I do it is minimal! Plus you have the whole store to kill time in!I have never had any issues!Store is always clean!

Linh is the most wonderful pharmacist - prompt, helpful (recommending over-the-counter when cheaper and how to save money in general) and super nice. I could go to a CVS Pharmacy closer to my home, but Linh is so amazing, I will continue to go to this particular pharmacy for the quality service.

Horrible service. Both techs were busy talking behind the counter while there was a line of people. I will be taking my prescriptions else where from now on. Everytime I come here I have an issue and I'm over it.

Extremely rude staff they speak down to their customers. They take hours to fill scripts and still constantly have issues with it being completed. Just go to another pharmacy

They are sweetest people ever , but it takes 4 hours or longer plus the wait inside the store for medicine ! It took me a whole day , one time !! I love nicole , she always upfront !!!
