Sadly, I would not recommend Culligan of Largo or their service. My initial sales person was great and kind and liked him. Additionally the techs who installed and removed the system were very nice.I finished my 2 year contract and requestedto cancel and it’s been a headache ever since.Their customer service rep gaslighted me telling me I wasn’t charged a certain amount on a certain date (I was), that the water softener had been picked up (it wasn’t) and to top it all off they increased their prices prior to informing their customers. Per their services agreement they need to give at least 30 day notice. They charged me the increased price and then said they sent notice. This is illegal. Update: the accounting rep emailed me and credited the increase but not without making me wrong in the process, twice.Research and find another company, there are more affordable options and better service.

I will never do business with this company again. The used system was never up to my expectations. 15 months into my 24-month rental agreement, I wanted to cancel but they do not offer an early termination fee. They require the full amount of the 24 months even if they collect the equipment. I will make sure all my friends and family are warned.

This water softener company is great. Used them for many, many years and have always had great service. Get rid of the water softener you own and get one from them. Best decision we ever made.

Best in quality customer service! Always there on time and as quickly as needed. I rent a double softener, I've had it 8 years. Never an issue!

I had great service up until we moved. The house was on the market and we moved from the area. They came and took the equipment without my knowledge. I never called and instructed anyone to come on the property to take the equipment. I only called to inform them that we did move so salt wouldn't be needed until the new owners instructed how they wanted to handle this.

I needed my Reverse Osmosis serviced and what a pleasant experience. I called and Lauren quickly set up the appointment. The technician Ariel arrived and what a great experience. Every question I threw at him he was able to answer. He did a very thorough job and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. I highly recommend Gulfcoast Water Conditioning for any of their provided services!

Ariel is the best amongst his peers. Ariel is proAt what he does! I have had many Culligan guys in the past year but Ariel gets the job done! Professional, courteous and so knowledgeable. The company I work for has had this company deliver water to our location for years. The water bottles come all dirty on the outside also we had a few that the water tasted funny. This what the rag looked like after I got done wiping the water bottles off. I have called and complained, but I guess it don't matter. If they bottles are dirty on the outside it makes me question the steps they have taken for the pandemic???Scott the manager contacted me about new and improved procedures to remedy this situation also giving us a credit for any inconvenience.Thanks

Mike just finished installing my water softener. He did an incredibly neat job, explained everything thoroughly, and even swept up after himself when he was done. This was one of the most professional installations I have witnessed and it bodes well for my new relationship with Culligan.

We've had a Culligan water softener for many, many years. This is a special thank you to Mike, who came out a few weeks ago. Excellent work, and he really educated me on multiple issues, as well as the proper salt type to use (never knew that before)... to avoid future troubles. Great guy! Thank you!!

Had a new softener installed about a week ago. The installer, Mike, was great! He was very thorough and walked me through how to operate the unit, gave me info on what type of salt to use, and a few other tips on keeping the unit in good shape. Very happy with the new softener. Thanks!

Awesome service. Heath assisted with the purchase of my new water softener. Sean and (I think) Anthony installed it in the heat (poor guys!) and it was not an easy task. The old softener that came with my house was a mess and they handled the removal and installation with ease. No mess left behind. I would recommend using them. Very happy.
