The young man Tony is really a disgrace to your team. I repeatedly watched him disrespect his co-worker and he seemed to be high. The manager ultimately stepped in and was extremely helpful and kind and was able to fix my issue very quickly.

they don't have much of a supply of phones in the store you have to order them online which can be very difficult but once I do finally get the phone I want online they said they would help me switch everything over so if they do that I will definitely give him a five but I've been trying to buy the same phone for almost two weeks now and it give you some crazy excuse that my ZIP code is wrong it does match

Bought a phone at cricket on almerton rd had to return it cause it was defective exchanged it for the same phone and still the same problem called them and since I exchanged it they told me they couldn't exchange it cause I used up my first one came on really its not my fault the have horrible phones so I don't recommend nobody to get a phone there..

Worst cricket I've been to, the girl Caitlyn that works there is awfully rude, acts like she hates her job and couldn't be bothered to hang up her call while working with me, she told me wrong information about a phone I wanted and turned me into a phone I absolutely hate, cricket needs to do better with who they hire, because cricket lost a customer

Never had such horrible experience at any Cricket store in years, various areas as I did yesterday at store in Largo Mall. "Kristen" employee rang up an HD glass screen protector. Then had her manager "Jamie" look at it. They said it was melded together and couldn't replace it or it would take whole screen off. I said I was my card refunded for the $21.99 screen she JUST rang up and NEVER even opened.She AND "manager" said it wasn't rung on my account so they couldn't do the return! Back of the receipt states "Equipment return policy applies,to phones, smart phones. A separate return policy may apply to accessories and other non-service related purchases.Returns within 7 seven business days."Package was NEVER OPEND. LITERALLY RUNG UP 5 MINUTES BEFORE! NO REFUND GIVEN!!! I WILL NEVER USE CRICKET AGAIN!

They were very helpful and super accommodating..informed me of payment plans i never knew existed. when I approached metro PCS store at largo mall last night,(Tues) evening and inquired about the bridge pay for customers, they told me they did not offer bridge pay for customers. The Spanish girl that works there.she is short and kinda over weight..like pear shaped and long brown hair, she is the employee that flat out lied to my face about bridge pay for customers that allows people to split their bill in half making it easier for customers to pay during times if financial hardship. I have been a loyal customer of Metro PCS since the very first week they opened for business, about 20-22 years ago. Well thanks to the "MOST VERY GENEROUS" Spanish looking girl employee that works the evening shift for Metro PCS @ the largo mall location off of Ulmerton Road in Largo, I am now a newly found happy customer with Cricket. Dakota at Cricket was EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE of the services they offered and explained the transition from being a Metro customer transferring over to a Cricket customer. I was able to keep my same number I've had for 2 years and I also was able to continue with my unlimited service. So to people who think they can keep me from my responsibilities..well think again.. u know who u are . THANK YOU VERY MUCH DAKOTA FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP TODAY..I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'D DO IF I HADN'T RUN INTO U TODAY. U SAW I WAS UPSET, BUT MOST OF ALL, U CARED JUST BECAUSE. I WILL RECOMMEND YOU AND UR STORE WITH NO HESITATION. U MADE MY DAY SOO MUCH BETTER AND THE VISIT I TOLD YOU ABOUT WENT GREAT! The rudest most disrespectful couple, they told my phone was to be shut off on Feb 22, 2022, I checked the imei on cricket.com and I called Cricket support both said my phone is compatible. When I questioned them about my phone they told me to leave the store. Lied so I would buy a new phone.
