Should be named "Courteous and Competent Care Care"! Mick Cipolla has been in the auto repair business for 35+ years and is extremely good at getting to the root cause of the problem. I use his company to keep my cars in good condition, and he never disappoints. Mr. Cipolla is a rarity - he never recommends unnecessary extras or procedures, he never inflates charges, and his labor rates are very fair, even low. Doing business with him is more like a partnership, each party looking after the other. Mutual respect will get you the best car care available - I *know*!

Mick is a great guy. He's very personable and what I like most is that he is honest when he speaks with you about the condition of your vehicle. He will not take advantage of you. He will not tell you, you need work done, if you don't really need it. That kind of honestly is hard to find. So for those reasons I recommend him!Service: Vehicle Inspection

When you think of fixing your car's AC compressor, how much do you think it costs? Do you cringe at the thought? ??What if I said you could save almost $1000 or possibly more?[insert oohs and ahhs here] ?I wanna give a big shout out to Mick Cipolla of Courteous Car Care for giving me back my freezing cold a/c I've been missing out on for the past few years! He diagnosed the problem, did some research, and we took a gamble on the a/c compressor control solenoid (sounds like Greek to me). Thank the heavens that it worked in our favor, and I didn't even have to replace the whole thing! Can I also mention that, not only will he fix your vehicle, but he'll also impart his knowledge and show you what's going on - if you'd like!So if any of you got car troubles, PLEASE please please let me refer you to Mick. He's honest, reliable, and affordable.

So helpful, honest, and patient. We've been going to Mick for years now. He's done everything for us from oil changes, air filters, motor mounts, control arms, to the entire transmission without breaking the bank. Love him. They have always done a great job on my vehicle. They are very fair in prices. And I drove down here from another state and my breaks were completely gone. I went there they were so over busy. But they got me in and done. They were very fast. Ive never had to take my car back for a problems that were not solved.

First thing, Mick & CCC are right next door. Which means I have seen him help a LOT of people! I have seen him work on car after car like they were his own vehicles. It's not just customer numbers with him - he really puts the "Care" into his business name. And he'll give straight answers to questions. Personal recommendation? You bet! He works on two of my cars and my daughter's car and has saved us a lot of money, time and hassle. I vote with my wallet. I don't care if, rarely, someone can do the job for less. I want the job done right. That's why I will always be a loyal - and enthusiastic - repeat customer!
