Asked for $100 on a pump. Paid inside because my chip reader wouldn’t take my card outside. Guy has a hard time ringing me up. He tells me he can only charge me for $67 worth of gas. It t come back inside and pay for the rest. I tap my card to make a payment and see the screen shows $350-something dollars. Two $100 charges and two charges for $60-something bucks. I ask for a receipt. He can’t find the paper, calls a manager then can’t get it to print. He tells me to stand off to the side to wait while he rings others up. After wasting 15 minutes of my life he goes outside to tell me to “just try and see” how much it will give me. It gives me nothing and the idiot at the cash register says “well it timed out because you took to long”. Yes, I took too long waiting for you to figure out how to run a register. Never ever again will I step foot in this location.

I see the complaint below mine from several hours ago is about the same woman that just made me livid. Her name tag said Anita. This woman is not friendly at all and I am highly offended by the treatment I just experienced. My husband and I and our two teenagers just left the store 5 minutes ago for midnight snacks, gas, cigarettes and such(spent close to 60 bucks) and this woman immediately started following me around the store as if I was trying to steal something and made me so uncomfortable and feel so unwelcome even though I did not do anything aside from walk in with my family. We weren't greeted at all but she made no attempt to even hide that she was stalking me thru the store like I was going to take something. Literally walking right up beside me and invading my personal space and behaving like a crazy person. Then proceeded to not be nice to us while we were at the register either as we paid for all our things. FOR NO REASON AT ALL. super angry right now and cannot believe this is the type of people you employ. I will not spend another dime here.

I have been going here for years and after how a employee talked and treated customers last night I will never be back they close the store whenever and lie about how long it will be closed the staff has slick mouths and talks about everyone and each other. They treat employees like trash they are understaffed and don't care. They have attitudes no matter what.

Hello everyone I am a every day Customer at the Circle K and for some reason today August 17, 2023 there was a African-American lady at the register with a face cover that would give me attitude every time I ask for in certain item. I asked to speak to Supervisor, but it seems like that the lady was not having a great day, and told me that I denied service when she asked me for supervisor. The employee had call the cops on me and never asked me to leave property. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any gas station. After asking multiple times to speak to the supervisor I never got to speak to Supervisor. I all I can say is be very careful. These people are not playing and if you get them upset, they will trust pass you!!. I hope everyone’s having a great day.

Circle K is always great, even though they've raised the price of the polar pop. Now they have a cart with items that are discounted, for whatever reason, usually there is a nice selection of snack or candy items.

I have a 64oz refill cup i use everyday at this store since sip and save started... I was told just now that i cant use my cup no more! The guy named Van is rude!!!

11:40!pm. Store is closed. Closed before this time. Move watched multiple people walk up to the door, and the door is locked. There is no sign for information, ex. Bathroom. Over and over again this has happened. If it's a nightly til turn over then a manager needs to be here for this. I've worked the gas station thing and never ever did the doors get locked for 10+ minutes for this kind of bs. The customers just waited in line. Should never be just one person on duty either. Manager suck it up. I've seen this here multiple times as well. Losing lots of business. Floors don't get mopped? Too bad. Trash can wait. Already issues with people begging for money.

Just left this place and Jalah was the cashier involved, let me tell you how horrific and horrible she is! So rude! All because of some damm lids that were placed in the wrong place. Every other word was a damm curse word like what kind of person can work as a customer service representative and according to her "she's the manager" they need to just fire her!! If you see all these comments below it's all because of her. Got video of her also being so damm childish. Rude! Ignorant! And plain stupid.

Bunch of crooks in here. Their pumps are broken, registered that I had been pumping gas but nothing was coming out. Went back in for a refund, the clerk Bob told me to leave or he was calling the police. He refused to come out to see the pump was broken and would not give me contact info to call the manager. There is a phone number posted on the door but (big surprise) it is disconnected.

This place has some great and really awful employees. Skinny dark skin girl that works night shift is absolutely nasty, unfriendly, and needs a lot of training. She yells at people, has no manners at all. The second worst employee is VAN. This dude walked right past my face while i was about to grab a bag of chips and didn't say sorry or a single word. What a coward. Manager is never there, always outside smoking and not caring about what employees do. Circle K, yall should get it together.
