Worse customer service I have ever experienced at a bank the guy teller didn't get his name no name tag fat buzz cut he was the rudest mother FER I thought about waiting outside when he got off work but I had to pick my kids up from school

I waited 30 minetes in their lobby just to make an appointment to have my safe deposit box drill ef.

DON’T GO WITH THIS BANKCustomer service over the phone is a terrible and that’s not even the worst part. Made a $2,400 dollar purchase and they flagged it as fraud which isn’t bad, the bad part is when i call them to get the transaction approved they say the account has been flagged for fraud and we will call back in 1-2 minutes. they never called and this is EVERY time i call them. they literally don’t even attempt to contact me back in any way and every time i call they just keep asking the same questions and saying they say they will call and never do. still trying to clear this up and it’s been 6 hours. I’m switching banks after this is cleared up.

OMG! Happened about two weeks ago and I'm so glad I can express this.The new male manager was so aggressive in his vocal tone and body language, then I was simply shocked to hear him say I was being very rude , what's the guy smoking ,I thought! , I replied "What did you say?" When he told me that! I do not feel comfortable going there again and never will. This guy was ready to come out swinging... unbelievable behavior!I am Putting my money in another bank OMG totally shocked.Totally unbelievable! It's no wonder they are shutting down the Bank...I'm not stepping foot in another Chase bank ever! I have pulled all my savings from this bank .What a total Askhole. I found a lot bey bank now.

The people the people at this branch was very rude and disrespectful. I tried to open up an account, u have to make all these appointments just to be seen to open up an account. (Kevin Hart) "lied." I would never want to do business with Chase Bank!!!! (Period) then when I told them that westbay sent me down here to another branch "East Bay," they act like I didn't know what I was talking about. The object of the game, is to, just open up an account so I can put money into, not give blood?☹️?

I've been a Chase customer for about 35 years, and this by far, the slowest and worst customer service, I have experienced yet. Sad to see this at such a well known bank.

Came to his branch after visiting Belcher branch. Sebastian helped me instantly, with questions he wasn’t sure he called Aldi and Aldi answered them over the phone for my full satisfaction and it took about 10 min. Very professional. I bet I will be still waiting in Belcher branch just to be acknowledged.

They don’t even have a notary at this location. They suggest their customers pay UPS to notarize documents. How they can’t do something so basic blows my mind.

I have gone to this bank multiple times and the ATMs never work! Having to drive each time an additional 10 minutes to get money out of my business account is frustrating and will have me switching banks!
