Everyone I have ever dealt with in this bank has been nothing but extremely helpful, pleasant and attentive. The service here is stellar. Even at 5 minutes to closing time I was treated well and no one made me feel rushed. I wouldn't waste my time or money anywhere else. In business matters I have noticed the good name "Chase" has gone a long way to impress.

I walked in to cash a check from chase that was in my name and written from a chase account but was denied. The lady told me my name was not on the check but it clearly was. I saw my name there next to pay to the order which was stacked on top of each other. The lady still did not want to cash it, I took it to my personal bank and they were very confused by the lady at Chase denying the check to be cashed. They said she might be new and maybe didn’t read the line entirely, quickly cashed the check. ?♀️ I recommend Truist over Chase.

My family & I put a LOT of $ through this bank, however I'm one of the many who was told they were too busy to help me in a branch w ZERO other customers inside. I was also told by Mr Meetoo my debit card would be expedited, but nope... Now I've tried to call for hours and no answer. Terrible customer support.

I made a comment on ft Harrison location. That location sucks. If I ask you if I could cash or deposit my check I tried to electronically deposit but was returned. (They couldn't locate it). But of course when I went to west bay location the lady I spoke with got on phone and simply asked if it could still be cashed in branch. You know what the answer was? YES! Something so simple turned horrible at ft Harrison but was easy and pleasant at west bay. Thank you west bay so much. #Life savers!

Chase bank is failing. They are clearly in distress financially. They have picked up so many other failed banks that they can no longer be a decent bank. Only a broke ass bank would put a ten day hold on a cashiers check. And speak to the writer/signer of the check to verify and still hold a cashiers check. Major bank failure coming for them. Over expansion and assumed too much liabilities.

I went in to open an account. I was told by the front desk lady simply that the bankers were too “busy”. That was it! Mind you there was only one other customer sitting in the branch. I wasn’t offered a seat to wait in or even offered the option of making an appointment.

This branch, by far, the worst I ever encountered, and I've been a Chase customer for over 35 years. The branch manager, Raul, is horrible. Doesn't follow up. Doesn't give accurate information. Cares more about what he looks like, instead of caring about his job and customers! Never experienced such horrible customer service!

Unprofessional and inconsistent in their services. The Wells Fargo 1 mile toward the beach on West Bay is a superior choice.
