The extra lines and the virtual attendant that Ruben set up are working great!! I am certain this will save me money and to be honest, I think our customers will be happier because our customer's experience will be better.I want you to know how incredibly happy I am that we met during our ribbon cutting ceremony. Everything you have helped me with has not been straight forward...I think because I am not the easiest to help. I want you to know that Ruben spent a great deal of time working with me to make sure that what we set up was exactly what I wanted, and the tough part was I didn't know what I wanted. That resulted in Ruben making many changes to make sure this was going to work the best for our business. In addition to all of that, I forgot we had an outing scheduled on Friday for our staff, and it wasn't until Friday morning that I realized I needed to get our phones transferred to my answer service. Rewinding, Ruben made the mistake and gave me his cell phone number while we were working on the virtual attendant, so I texted him and he transferred my phones. Then, I hit him up again to help me replace the virtual attendant music with a Mr. Handyman Serving Palm Harbor, Clearwater and Largo services dialogue...he had it done in no time and I am super happy.I promise not to keep texting your technicians but wanted you to know everyone on your staff has been super helpful, customer service way beyond my expectations....from personal experience having people that want to truly help their customers is unique and Ruben and the rest on your staff are truly unique! Thank you for all the help with making our business successful!!!
