I am thrilled with the service I received at Batteries Plus, aka "We Fix It", in Largo! Austin and the whole team is so kind, helpful and accommodating. My 2 month old Samsung suddenly lost touch screen ability. The whole team helped ensure that the insurance voucher was sent through to them correctly they could fix it under my warrantee. I greatly respect and appreciate each of them. Austin was especially amazing and a joy to talk to. He is so good at what he does...fixed 5 phones, including mine, all within one afternoon and without breaking a sweat. Trust me, call them first for all your cell phone repair needs, whether it is not working and/or broken, cracked, or just needs a port cleaning. They are so professional! And they love dogs too, so bring yours with you. They also have an excellent array of car batteries, cool Gerber pocket knives, camping gear, etc. Stop by and tell them Jenny sent you! ? I just had my phone screen repaired with Austin and he was incredible! It was a miracle in my mind that he was able to do it so quickly for me! He was extremely professional and I felt he genuinely wanted to help me. I would highly recommend them for any services you need. I would give them 100 stars if I could!

Having been to the Battery Plus store in Brandon yesterday and being told my watch could not be opened to replace the lifetime battery I had purchased for the watch, today I tried the Seminole location. At this Seminole location, Austin could not have made it any easier. He earned 5 stars today. My watch (retirement watch) still works. Austin was able to open the watch and replace my battery. No charge. Sweet.

Todd was extremely helpful. Took care of my watch battery and help me select some light bulbs. We discussed everything for the hurricane season and I had already bought things I needed at batteries Plus. Great store.

I have been here twice lately. It is so comfortable. I did business with Jimmy. He is so calming and funny. I thought my tablet was broken/old. I am on my tablet off and on a lot. I was so disheartened that it was broken. BUT NO! Jimmy checked it out and I only needed a new charger. I was so relieved. I recommend going there for your electronics problems.
