I walked in told Nate what I needed (some bulbs and filters), he looked them up, scooped them down and I was out the door in less than 3 minutes. I wish it was always so easy. This is my go to store now. Keep it up Nate!

You gotta go and see Amy. She's the BEST! Her counterparts are GREAT as well. They work like a well-oiled machine together. There's no 'I' in the word TEAM. You can see that with those folks. Thank you Everyone for making my shopping experience at ease. Your Kindness means a lot to me, especially being in a wheelchair. Your prices are reasonable and you have ample parking for everyone. From handicap to regular parking. Also, I'm grateful that you take the time to go 'the physical vehicle in the parking lot' to better understand what your customer is asking about and then go back to your desk and you find the part! Just Fantastic! ????????

Nate replaced my spark plugs and coils in the parking lot so I could get back on the road. Definitely coming back if I have any car related problems. Highly recommend, the whole staff is really helpful.

Came to buy coolant at 8:30pm and the sales reps didn't know how to manage their cash registers and had a shitty attitude, the manager accidently hit apply payment on cash which means the customer gave exact cash which they didn't know instead of voiding it they made it seem like it was my mistake and told me I HAD to purchase the items which I should of just walked out. Poor customer service and ignorant staff safe your money and your brain cells and don't come here

I’ve been going to this Autozone for a while and always have a great experience. What prompted me to write this review is that I had an issue with my car battery and the man at the desk immediately checked the warranty and encouraged me to use it before it was up, so I got a new battery for free which never happens! I appreciated his honesty and advocacy for me rather than trying to sell me the items I was going to buy to try to fix it. Another man quickly removed my car battery and chatted with my fiancé about electrical things. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why my last battery was likely having issues. I wish I caught the names of these 2 gentlemen because they were both wonderful! I will always continue using this Autozone while I live in Pinellas county. I never feel like i’m being duped or taken advantage of. Thank you guys for what you do!
