Took my vehicle to Rex for an insurance estimate. After two weeks of calling every few days and being told he’ll get to it, I called and he told me he’s not going to do it anymore. He never once called me to let me know any info. I’m literally shocked. I’ve never received this poor of service from any shop I’ve been to. Total waste of time and to top it off i missed the window with the insurance company.

I found this shop after getting taken advantage of at one of the big name dealerships… Rex fixed my car and had it back to me with record time. No supply chain issues here! There was even a reasonable rental they provided me for the weekend so I didn’t have to use Uber to get to work.I would hands down recommend this shop to any of my friends or family. As a female, getting taken at a mechanic shop is par for the course. The gentlemen here saw me as a customer, not a bill amount. When I need car repairs done… I know where to go.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I can recommend this place with my eyes closed! One of my coworkers told me to take my car to this place for some body repairs and painting!! They did an amazing job!!! Im a woman and I don't know anything about cars! They guided me and stayed in contact with me until the very end and explained everything to me. My car was perfect and ready on time. Absolutely terrible, I would never use this shop again, my car is 50 yrs old, it went back for a second try, and they still fkd it up, if you like your car, pay more and go elsewhere, besides all the hand prints on the hood and door, unprofessional as can b, Rex has no idea what's going on there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Truly honest folks here that will do a great job for you on your vehicle.Prices to repair bodywork was more than fair and they did a greatjob .... I'm so grateful I found them to fix my car.They also have very fair prices on oil changes!
