Nothing less than 5 stars! Nice location to enter through and there’s no crazy traffic! The techs are very knowledgeable and can help you with the smallest things and terry(hopefully I spelled that right) is amazing especially when it comes with emergency repairs! I work at a lens lab and our printers always get jacked up and they’re available immediately to help! Thank you all!

Save your money. Use a reputable company that owns their own machines. They are a second party leasing company....not able to service or repair machines at a meaningful level.Poor customer service.Now we have a machine that doesn't even work but we have to pay for.

Very upfront and honest company with me. They explained the upfront service charge and their procedures and requirements. I dropped off my printer and the next day they called to explain what they had done and that I could pick up my printer.The employee I dealt with was professional, courteous and polite. I will use this company again.

5 Star-highly recommend- They fixed two of my professional canon printers. They took the time to take the units fully apart, analyze the problem, order the appropriate circuit boards, and repaired the units. All was done in a very timely manner and the cost was half of what I thought it would cost. Extremely reasonable. Kudos, job well done.

Going to pick up my printer today. If they got it fixed right then they've save me from having to buy a new $500 printer (Epson ET4550) UPDATE: Wife picked up the printer yesterday and it appears they saved me from having to buy a brand new printer just because of a small broken piece of plastic. They had to actually manufacture a piece to make it work, but even if I get a few more months out of it I think the $70 spent was well worth it!

The team here is great! From the receptionist to the technicians, everyone is professional. I have taken several printers in and they are very efficient and cost conscious. When it is an economical repair, they do it and when it's not worth it, they don't waste your money. They call you and tell you to buy a new one! Highly recommend!
