A neighbor, and good friend advised me to call ABSCO to replace the door switch in my Whirlpool dryer. He said they were knowledgeable, skilled, and inexpensive. They were none of those things. They came prepared to replace the wrong switch, even though I provided them with the model number, and the OEM part number. They left and returned with the $ 20 part. After an arduous fifteen minute installation they had the hutspa to charge me, $ 195. I'm 80, and not the man I once was, but next time I'll do the job myself if it takes a week.

DO NOT, I REPEAT , DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY TO THE OWNER LAURA. NO CALL BACKS EVER . WAITED 6 MONTHS FOR A SIMPLE WARRANTY REPAIR TO FIX THE LIGHT IN THE FREEZER - STILL WAS WAITING FOR ANSWER . CALLED A LOCAL GE REPAIR COMPANY AND THEY HAD PARTS AND REFRIGERATOR REPAIRED IN TWO DAYS. NOW LAURA TELLS ME MY WARRANTY IS EXPIRED WITH APSCO . I DONT CARE , ILL PAY FOR ANY SERVICE I NEED ELSEWHERE ON THE REST OF ALL MY APPLIANCES I BOUGHT FROM APSCO .

BUYER BEWARE, this post is dated January 26, 2024. We ordered a refrigerator Feb 2, 2023, by November 22, 2023, we had been promised many delivery dates, after many visits to the store and phone calls, of which most of the phone calls were never returned. Our refund check finally was given to us after a store visit on January 24, 2024. If you are looking for service and a good product - DO NOT BUY FROM APSCO APPLIANCES, 2905 E Bay Dr Largo, Florida 33771. Good luck

I just came from APSCO and I had the most pleasant experience with Laura and Gary. Everything was explained honestly about my purchase. All customers were treated with respect and nobody had to wait. I have not seen this kind of service in many years. Oh yes, they also had a sense of humor.Thank you,Melissa

Horrible customer service! Went in looking for a washer knob and the lady behind the counter was very rough. I will go buy a new washer before I would buy a 5.00 part from this place. Don't recommend at all!!!

Purchased at APSO in 2003, my 20-year-old Kitchen Aid freezer ice maker finally stopped working. Jon the technician came and he was great! Knew exactly what he was doing. Explained it all to me. Professional and totally customer oriented. Came the NEXT day with the part. I have ice. Highly recommend APSCO service.

Gave Apsco Appliance Center a deposit of $1925.96 on 3/2021, which has never been returned, nor have I received the product. They have a D- rating with the BBB. I have tried numerous times to work with Laura Greco, the owner, without success, receiving excuses as supply chain issues, changing Visa card company, seldom returns calls, & is cheating me & probably other people, per the reviews posted. I had a mediation hearing today with the PC Consumer Protection Agency, & she did not show up for the meeting. My advice is stay away from this business!

Kerri was awesome! I showed her 1 picture of the part I needed for my stove and she knew exactly what I was looking for. The part was relatively cheap and she explained exactly how to install it. She took the time to listen and made sure I felt confident enough to do it myself! Definitely will come back if needed and will tell everyone about the great service!

you’re business hours are stated online and on your door. you have no answering machine to claify why no one is there and why no one is answering. i looked up hours before coming. it said nothing about lunch hours so i proceeded to make my way here. if you have lunch hours and close down for said lunch hour, don’t you think you should have a sign or messaging service to clarify that? this is bad business. I arrived at roughly 1230 and noticed the open sign was not on. a woman was here also who stated to me that this place of business is currently closed so i figured maybe they are at lunch and proceed to call. No answer, no machine. so i sat there till 1 and call a few more times with no luck. i don’t mind waiting at all but it would be nice if you could let your potential clients know what your hours are. the correct ones and when your not available as we come when we have the time to and if your business isn’t open we can plan the visit and not waste time and gas.

I ordered an oven early November still haven’t received it yet now it’s feb 15 phone calls do not get returned by management. Will never use them again.

We are longtime APSCO customers and always had good service, so when we needed a new washer and dryer recently, we immediated went to APSCO. After ordering and paying we waited several months before we received our washer and dryer. However, the dryer had a significant dent in the side. We tried for several more months to get phone calls returned and get it replaced. We finally settled for a discount on the dryer when it was obvious they were not going to replace it. Fortunately, the dryer works fine, but I didn't think I was purchasing from a "scrath & dent" outlet. A little communication from Laura and her team would have made the outcome of this experience much better.
