“Good experience so far, although I have only done the transaction to rent a recliner for a short time. The sales assistant was very helpful, and the pricing was as represented to me over the phone. The furniture is of excellent quality. I am hopeful that the return process will be equally satisfying. The “qualification” process was rather detailed & aggravating in that way, but apparently rental transactions put the lessor at risk in many ways so their many verification demands seem reasonable.”
“if I could give them 10 plus stars!!!! let me tell you how I came to meet Jacob and will. so, my Happy's location which I'll be righting a review about them next. my fiancée and myself went in there for a bedroom set and a new tv old one died. and got everything but a pond getting it. I went home 2 days later I found a mattress place and decided to check it out found a similar mattress. for 200 including the box spring. so was like hmm I can take back my mattress {which was 1100, same as cash} again 2-3 days old. so, I called Melvin, and he told me I couldn't bring it back because it was out the box and used! I was like really.!?!? decided to get ahold of corporate. but ended up calling this location explained the situation to Jacob, he made it clear I can take it back and he reached out to his regional manager, and he reached out to the regional manager of the town n country store long story short. they CAME AND GOT MY MATTRESS! because of Jacob! than I was now not trusting Melvin called them to have them check the new contract and bill was like sure I'll take a look at it and apologized for this happening. they are truly the best I wished I lived close to them because they are amazing.”
“I was apprehensive about buying a light fixture unseen as the style I wanted was in a catalog only. The staff was super helpful and he went almost directly to a page in one of their dozens of catalog vendors and picked out the lighting here. It hit all my wants/needs and is perfect for my space. This is the difference between seasoned pros and online boiler room order takers. They can't have everything on display, but don't give up if yours is not there to touch.”
“We have dealt with Class Appliance numerous times over the past several years. They have always been courteous, and the serviceman explained the cost of repair completely before starting. We ended up replacing a refrigerator recently after discussing the cost of repair with the serviceman and Tony (the manager). They patiently answered all our questions, and did not pressure us. Tony spend time looking for a refrigerator that met our criteria, and ended up giving us an excellent price on the one we selected. It was delivered within 48 hours by an installer who did an efficient and fast job.We are writing this after a service call, during which the washing machine pump was replace. The service man showed up the cost of parts and labor before he started. Tony has made sure the service man had a replacement pump with him so he did not have to make a second trip to fix it.We would recommend Class Appliance.”

“Well my experience with Culligan of Largo Florida: First I used them in California for 30 years, so I called first call I talked to Amanda, probably the best person I have ever in Pinellas County, better than my Doctors. Very knowledgeable, and sent Pamala to test my water and did it twice, perfect explanation of details. So I ordered a water softener and whole house filter system. During that time I had more questions with Amanda & showing her talent of exemplifying service. So the day comes for installation and James showed at 9:00 AM right on time, best plumbing technician I have ever met. So the job was completed in just 3 hours. Now for the results I can drink the water and take a shower without shedding like a snake and no more itching. Not to mention how laundry comes out so clean. I have never been so impressed by a company like this in Pinellas County.”
