Anthony Rinaldi was here early on a Saturday morning, June 2025 to check a water leak from the A/C. (I awoke at 2:00 a.m. to dripping.) Anthony was most thorough in his technical assessment and in resolving the problem. I believe this intermittent water leakage issue will finally be addressed. He plans to follow-up Monday in an effort to make sure the unit is properly leveled for efficient water drainage. Thank you, Anthony!! I appreciate your knowledge, expertise and wonderful work ethic.”

“I’ve lived here for 4 years and i absolutely love living here despite some problems that are inevitable no matter what complex you live in. Shelly and Chris are my go to when I need help with concerns or questions, they handle it almost immediately if not the next day, the issue is address and I really appreciate that. They are super nice! Especially Shelly! Hector is the best maintenance at Waterchase, he’s fixed numerous problems/ minor issues when coming to my apartment even if it’s something that wasn’t made in a maintenance request, he takes the time to take care of it and he’s super pleasant to deal with the other maintenance are also pleasant but Hector has by far been the best.”
