I love it here. Great rustic atmosphere. Tess is phenomenal! For years I have had problems with stylists not understanding what I needed due to my many cowlicks and. helmet head if my hair is not layered correctly on top near my bang...not with Tess...she is excellent...very happy every time!!! My hair grows back so evenly and I don't have anymore issues with helmet head...thanks Tess and All About Hair

I called several times for an appointment one of the owners answered the phone...she said "hello" not the name of the business.....so I thought I got the wrong number apologized & hung up. Called back again & the same woman answered the phone & said hello again so I apologize again and then asked if this was the hair salon & she said yes so I proceeded to try to ask for hours and a appointment she was NOT INERSETED in helping me at all! She was extremely rude! As well. I did them the benefit of the dought & tried several more times to make an appointment. I was treated with a very condescending attitude. I guess she has so much business she can pretent the business does not exist! I do not recommend this place at all! Has no business being in this beautiful town of ours.

I walked in to the salon today and Veronica announced she had too many clients but offered up Jessica. I had a conversation with Jessica and showed her a picture and told her I wanted to make my newly salt n pepper hair a HONEY BLONDE. - I don't know what she did, but the crown of my head is ORANGE, while the rest of my hair is a REDDISH BROWN. She denied my hair had any red in it and insisted it was a golden blonde -- NOT EVEN CLOSE. I stood right next to Veronica and my hair was as red a hers! Jessica then began demanding of me to make a decision what I wanted to do - I told her she had no right to demand of me after completely SCREWING UP MY HAIR and then LYING about it to my face!!! And she thinks I will let her touch my hair again? Hell no!!!Service: Hair coloring

I went to see Veronica on May 29,2021. When I left I made another appointment for July 3,2021 (confirmed with her that she would be open as it was a holiday weekend) and she reassured me she would be open.On July 3rd..I called to confirm 3 times in the morning ..got no answer. At 1:55pm I called again and actually spoke to her…she proceeded to tell me she did not have me down for an appointment and she was in St. Pete. Not reliable at all

I went to All About Hair for the first time yesterday. I'm thrilled to have found this place! I just moved here from upstate NY and needed a new stylist. I have been going to the same Stylist for years. Veronica was amazing! Her techniques were impressive, to say the least. Such a warm, sweet, and very professional woman. I showed Veronica a picture and she cut it EXACTLY like the picture. Very nice, cool atmosphere.Thank you Veronica!! I look forward to many more haircuts from you!Beth
