Took my tire there about 2 weeks ago for a screw and it took them an hour and a half to get my tires off. Asked several times if they could do the work and was reassured they could. Now 2 weeks later the same tire was leasing air. Took it to tire kingdom and it looks like the people from AK tires damaged my tire. Called and the owner took no responsibility at all. Tried to say it was something I did. I drove this truck from Alaska to Florida with no issues until I had to bring it to AK Tires. Very disappointed

10/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! As I am thankful they had my tire size. This simple job this owner did not care about customer service, I had to wait 1 hr & 20 minutes to get my tire replaced. The person before me had already left. Then they were going to put the person behind tire on first.
This was the worst customer service ever. I would never give this place my business again. **Also beware of the guy who says “he doesn’t work there, but he just doing his job”
This place needs to do better. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Conrad and Anya are amazing. Bought a car from them and love it. Both were extremely helpful. I've taken the car back there for an oil change and tires.

Really bad service.... I called before I went up there to get a tire then I got there and they said they only have one tire that size.the worker went back in to look for it I sat there for 30 minutes they came out and said they're still looking for it. It got to 45 minutes of me being there and they still didn't come back out. all the workers were standing around doing nothing. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

If you don't have the quality to offer a service, "you don't offer it" and if you don't have enough employees, don't take on more jobs because we have to wait 5 hours and don't say that they were first because it's not true, the boss should work more and talk less, ,, here the proof of the quality 0 stars

Came here with a flat tire & they told me I needed another one on the front right as well. A week later , my tire kept going flat. The one that they replaced. I went to another tire place & found out that they gave me two of the wrong size tires for my vehicle! Also, not to mention , I waited over an hour for someone to replace my tire after they had already took the other one off.

To people that work there was very unprofessional. I got there around 12 o’clock was really wanting to buy a truck. Had to down payment had everything I needed. They said it wasn’t enough. I brought exactly what they asked for. Then I asked him. Can you work with me and he said no, but when I walked out and he called me a prick my friend had to tell me about it. OK this man for an hour and 30 minutes in the middle of me trying to make a deal with him I do not recommend and he is lucky I didn’t hear him. Call me a prick.

I wish I could leave 0 stars, my husband went here after selling his truck to buy the only truck on the lot. After going through the whole process, after being told we needed to go get certain things as we provided, he was told that the pay stubs he did provide that they weren't enough and he needed to give other proof of income, the owner then left for almost and hour to lord knows where to only be told that he could not sell the truck, wasting his time on top of it he then called my husband a prick

I called them one day before my arrival, they said that we were waiting for you, at 10.30 in the morning, I arrived, he said you have to wait until 12, I planned my affairs for the whole day, I had to leave, these people are not responsible

If I could I would give them no stars !!! This place was so unorganized. The employee came up to me and asked if I needed help I told him what I needed then he disappeared for 15 min then I see him helping someone else and also another employee standing w him vaping so I go up and say do you have the tires we need he proceeds to tell me yes I have lots of tires and disappears agin I then after waiting 10 more mins find another employee and ask him can he see what’s going in he says yes and then turns around and goes to help someone else , needless to say once I got my tires these were bald and had no life in them left . At this point every where else is closed and I’m also needing to get to the daycare so I had to leave please do not subject your self to this company you will regret it
