They won’t let you look at polish colors! I was looking for a specific OPI color that I’d gotten there before and wanted to look at the bottles to see if I could find it. They wouldn’t let me, and said they would bring the samples for me to choose from and brought out painted plastic pieces on a ring. I Didn’t want to be a Karen, so I said okay. I found one that I thought would work, a light pinkish brown neutral, but the actual polish in the bottle was MUCH darker and purple. I asked about it and they insisted it was same color. I just sat there, let them finish, listened to two other ladies question why they couldn’t look at the bottles, paid, tipped, left. Won’t be going back.
